Sie wohnen in einer sehr ruhigen Lage in einem sehr gemütlichen und sauberen Zimmer. Sie wohnen alleine. Sie können am Abend gemütlich im Freien sitzen und ein Gläschen Wein trinken. Im Garten befindet sich ein kleines Haus wo Sie sich Essen kochen oder wärmen können. Mikro, Kochplatte und Geschirr ist vorhanden. In nur wenigen Schritten erreichen Sie die Bahn ( S60 ) , mit der Sie in 12 Minuten am Wiener Hauptbahnhof sind. Es gibt auch vor der Tür eine Busstation nach Schwechat, gratis Fahrrad

Herzlich Willkommen! Genießen Sie die Ruhe am Land, sportliche Aktivitäten (zb. Laufen, Radfahren, Reiten, Tennis, …), die Nähe zu Wien und zum Flughafen Wien. Unser Haus besteht aus zwei Wohnungen und ist südlich von Wien gelegen. Mit dem Auto oder Bus/Zug ist die Verkehrsanbindung an Wien gegeben. Die Wohnung im OG steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. Gemeinsame Nutzung: Hauseingang (aber eigene Wohnungseingangstür), Garten, Pool (im Sommer bei Schönwetter, nicht beheizt und nicht gesichert)

Fühle dich wie neugeboren, wenn du in diesem rustikalen Juwel übernachtest. Das komplett neu renovierte kleine Haus ist genau richtig, wenn du in einer ruhigen Gegend ganz in der Nähe des Flughafen eine passende Unterkunft suchst. Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Die Wohnung ist mit maßgeschneiderten Möbeln komplett möbeliert. Die Wohnung ist am ersten Stock nach dem Erdgeschoss, es gibt Aufzug. Es steht ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Wohnung befindet sich im Leopoldsdorf bei Wien. Es gibt Busstation vor dem Gebäude, bis zum U1 Oberlaa dauert 12 Minuten.

Die Wohnung war wirklich sehr schön. Alles war sauber und hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Besonders hervorheben muss man das man kostenlos Parken kann. In der nähe gibt es Bushaltestellen und U-Bahn Station, man ist in ca. 20 min im Zentrum in Wien. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis ist wirklich Top. Jan war immer schnell erreichbar!

Meine Unterkunft bei Maria war einfach großartig! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, sauber und gut ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Der eigenständige Check-in über die Schlüsselbox war bequem und unkompliziert. Die Lage in Mödling ist perfekt für eine entspannte und authentische österreichische Erfahrung. Maria ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin! Die freundliche Begrüßung und ihre Bereitschaft, wertvolle Tipps zu teilen via Text Messages, machten meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Die Wohnung war eine wunderbare Basis, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und das schnelle WLAN war ein großer Pluspunkt. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – ich kann diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen! Vielen Dank, Maria, für deine Gastfreundschaft!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, perfekt für 2 Pärchen. Haben uns sehe wohl gefühlt! Alles so wie beschrieben. Eine sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin, die schnell antwortet. Die Wohnung liegt zwar nicht mitten in der Stadt, aber fußläufig ist die nächste U-Bahn-Station nur 2 Minuten entfernt und von dort aus ist man sehr schnell da, wo man sein will. Auch ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und die Unterkunft war perfekt. Gerne wieder!
