Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Very good city location in the green district, by car in a few minutes on the Südautobahn, Vösendorf junction. From the Goldenenstiege, you can reach many beautiful excursion destinations and explore the Vienna Woods. The train station is also within walking distance and offers a quick and comfortable connection to Vienna.

The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room (couch can be used as a double bed), room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore market, gas station doctor etc. in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached in a 2-minute walk and offers a very good transport connection to Vienna and to Baden. Mödling city centre is about 700 meters away.

Mödling, the commuter belt of Vienna, makes living special for individualists. Enjoy the quiet location centrally located directly 100 m from Schrannenplatz. Public transport can be reached on foot in a few minutes and in any direction to the BAB in a short time. The apartment is brightly newly renovated and furnished to a high standard. Internet and TV included, the large balcony for nice reading hours in nice weather.

Despite the very central location, you will find yourself in a green and quiet environment and can therefore both relax and quickly get into the middle of the action. Thanks to the full equipment, each of our guests should find everything they need to feel practically at home.

The apartment is located in a historical building of the 19th century (3rd floor with elevator). There are two bedrooms separately accessible, one bathroom and a separated toilet. The kitchen could be used during the stay. Next underground station is 200m away.
