This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. Waking up in the morning to look out that large window into the garden is simply priceless. The spacious terrace is perfect to enjoy the sunny days not only in summer but also in spring and autumn.

The night bus from Vienna stops around the corner. The adjacent Wienerwald is a paradise for hikers, cyclists, runners and mountain bikers. The local winegrowers offer regional delicacies.

Cozy apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room (couch can be used as a double bed), room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore market, gas station doctor etc. in the immediate vicinity. The train station can be reached in a 2-minute walk and offers a very good transport connection to Vienna and to Baden. Mödling city centre is about 700 meters away.

The bathroom setup includes a washing machine and a simple sink with a mirror above. A shelf holds neatly folded towels, while a small potted plant adds a touch of greenery. The space features light walls and dark wooden flooring.

We had a two-day stopover in Vienna. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations. There were two of us traveling by bike and we found everything we needed to be happy. Key handover was smooth and with safe no problem and above all we were super flexible in time. Amenities and cleanliness were top notch. Since we belong more to the nature faction, the accommodation was perfectly located on the outskirts of the city. We were not able to try out all the descriptions of the leisure activities due to the shortness of the stay. Christian's instructions are nicely summarized in a folder. The apartment is super big for two people (room for one more would also be), we felt transported back to the living room of the in-laws :). We will gladly recommend the accommodation and Christian as a host.

We have never had a better AirBnB experience. Dani was incredibly accommodating and communicative, even when on vacation. She happily went above and beyond to meet our needs. Her apartment is clean, comfortable, beautiful, and thoughtfully laid out. We were particularly appreciative of the baby crib, high chair, toys, and other recommendations and flexibility that let us meet the needs of our small child. The apartment is a short walk from multiple grocery stores and delicious restaurants, as well as quite near the hospital and train station and only a bit further away from the city center.

An outdoor market is displayed in front of a charming building with a red geometric door. Colorful crates filled with fresh fruits and vegetables are arranged neatly, while a green lamppost stands beside them. The cobblestone pathway leads to a vibrant scene of local produce.

Stylish Youthful Condo in the Heart of Mödling

What impressed me most was how responsive Gabor was, we locked ourselves out of the apartment and had a few follow up questions and he answered fast and was really helpful. Even though it was really hot we slept fine with enough fans to keep us cool. The place is spacious and there’s enough storage, we stayed for almost 2 weeks and were happy to be able to spread out and have multiple places to relax in. Only downside is the factor that there’s no elevator, but this way we got our steps in. Parking was uncomplicated, everything is close by and in walking distance. Would come back anytime again!
