Our house “Aconchego” is in a privileged location between Itajubá (15 km) and Maria da Fé (9 km) at an altitude of 1,100 m. The house has easy access and less than 1 km of dirt road, and at the same time is in a calm and quiet place. The sunset is wonderful, and you can enjoy this beautiful view while lighting a fire, from the barbecue, and from the bedroom windows. We have fiber optic wifi, TV, and a bluetooth speaker. Cozy place. Located on the upper part of a mountain with an inspiring view. Annex to my house, totally self-contained, including the hot tub and swimming pool. It has 2 suites, a sofa bed in the living room, a gourmet American kitchen, a living room with a TV, and WI-FI with Starlink (high speed). Outside, there is an infinity pool, hot tub, fire pit, charcoal barbecue, and complete privacy. 900 meters from the city center and fully paved. We love animals!!!
