Our cosy apartment has been completely renovated and is perfect for a family of 4 who wants to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in a special atmosphere. This will be your base to discover the uniqueness of the Dolomites. In the winter, you're only a few minutes away from one of the lifts which will connect you to the SuperSki magic. Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in one of the most enchanting and strategic positions of La Villa, this exclusive luxury apartment is the ideal place to savour the beauty of Alta Badia. In winter, you can just take off on your skis and reach the World Cup Gran Risa Ski slope or the Gardenaccia (great for beginners) in a few seconds. The Ski school is a few steps away. During the summer, whether you are hiking or biking, you can start and tackle one of the many great outings possible in our uncontaminated Valley.

The 30 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. The apartment is on the 4th floor of a quiet residential building in the immediate vicinity of the city. There is NO elevator in the house. On foot you can reach the parish church and the pedestrian zone of Bruneck in less than five minutes. The valley station of Kronplatz is a five-minute drive by car. A bus stop is very close. The accommodation is good for sporty couples, families with kids as well as business travelers and solo travelers.

Great apartment with lots of privacy on the first floor of a detached house. You are very welcome to share the beautiful garden for relaxing or sunbathing. The integrated kitchen provides a maximum of autonomy. The bathroom is very spacious. In the sleeping room 2 people can spend the night comfortably in the double bed. In the kitchen/living room, there is located an additional pull-out sofa for 2 more people/children for staying overnight.

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. Fully equipped to spend a pleasant holiday in every season, in the heart of the World Heritage Site.

Rindlereck

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
