Theapartment is located in a village full of greenery equipped with every comfort with direct access to the beach and without barriers. Many families choose it as a great place to spend the holidays with the kids. Tennis, soccer, bocce, and two pools are available. The price includes an umbrella, deckchair and sunbed. Restaurants, and bars are within walking distance. The apartment must be left in the same condition in which it is found: clean and tidy.

The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Trasimeno, it was renovated in 2015 and is the house where we lived, so it is well furnished and cared for with love. It is located in a two-family house and is surrounded by olive trees with fields and roads for walking and cycling nearby. It is advisable to come by car. Families with children are welcome!

Loft for two ideal for a couple. Large and new studio apartment, with balcony, wooden roof and modern design. It is located on the second floor of a well-kept house inhabited by the family hosting you. The kitchen is complete with all appliances. It is suitable for short and long periods. We can't accept pets, much to our displeasure.
