The Castle House – Castle of Collepino

Collepino, formerly called Colle-Lupino (Colle del Lupo), is a small castle from the early Middle Ages at 600m above sea level, within the Monte Subasio park. Built in local white and pink stone, it still has 1 door, remains of the walls and 4 of the 7 original towers. From here you can enjoy the view of the Umbrian Valley. It was founded by the local shepherds who worked for the Abbey of San Silvestro. From Collepino there are several walks including the path of the Roman Aqueduct to Spello.

Maison en Pierre is located in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. The property is 140 square meters (1,500 square feet) and is situated above Lake Fiastra. The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1500s and features an outdoor relaxation area in the garden with a hot tub and sauna, all of which are eco-friendly. Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is a surcharge of €15 per night for the firewood provided and €15 per night for each dog.

The Casina del Melograno is a wooden structure, located in a large garden overlooking the valley. The special feature of the Casina del Melograno is precisely this wonderful view thanks to two large windows that overlook an unspoiled valley, rich in vegetation and where you can admire spectacular sunsets. The Casina del Melograno has a nice kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a lot of unique and relaxing outdoor space.
