A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

This AirBnB is one of my favorite! The location is fantastic with lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment is charming and very comfortable and the main balcony is fabulous with views of the mountains and the main pedestrian street. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

We had such a lovely stay at Antonella’s place! The accommodation was beautiful and comfortable, but what really made it special was Antonella’s kindness and hospitality. She went out of her way to pick us up in town, which we really appreciated, and made us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Staying at Massimo’s place was a wonderful experience. He was an excellent host - very responsive, helpful, and genuinely super kind. Fiona Romano was a true delight to stay in. The space is charming and cozy, with beautiful morning views overlooking lush greenery. Free parking was just a 2-minute walk away, so if you're renting a car, there’s no need to worry about your vehicle.

It has been one of my best Airbnb experiences! Vittorio and his family are so friendly and offered to pick me up at the station, Grazie for that again! The place itself is so pretty as shown in the photo, very Italian holiday vibe. There are a lot of restaurants with just a few minutes walk. Definitely recommend it! And I’d love go back:)

A fabulous place to stay in Tivoli. The train was about a 10 minute walk and could take you to Rome quickly but being able to return to the place in Tivoli was the best. Lots of shopping and sights to see in Tivoli!

It was conveniently close to the city center with plenty of dining options. This place truly captured the essence of Italian living. Public transportation access made it easy to visit Rome from here. The views from the property were stunning, perfect for enjoying a coffee both in the morning and at night. We are so glad we booked this place. It is central to Tivoli and just a 5 minute walk to one of the Villas. The view from the window is fantastic, and you have everything you need—kitchen, washer, bathroom, wifi, etc. It is a great deal and I would recommend staying here.
