This bright one bedroom beach pad with peek-a-boo beach view is ideal for a couple but can sleep up to 4 with the use of air beds, although 4 adults will find it tight. We are located on the Balboa Peninsula and are one block away from a tranquil beach marina where you can paddle board and watch boats go by. On the other side, we are two blocks away from the Balboa Beach and the Pier where you can surf, play in the waves, walk the shops and frequent the restaurants. Our townhouse is perfect for large families and groups. The kitchen and family room are on the third floor with the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd floor.
