Restaurant, bars and coffee shops, pharmacy and Mitsuwa (Famous Japanese grocery store and food court) are just down the road, The World famous Abbott Kinney Blvd is less then a 10min drive and just follow Venice Blvd for a couple more minutes and you’ll end up right on the beach!

Take a spiral staircase up to a light, airy, beautiful, treehouse-like space. Modern amenities. 1 mile to Abbot Kinney and 1.5 miles to Venice beach. Lots of places to walk to for dining and shopping. Bikes available upon request and signed waiver. Kitchen is not a full kitchen. It is equipped with mini fridge, French press, coffee maker, nespresso machine, toaster, tea kettle and microwave. No cats or pets are in the space.
