I can’t say enough about this Airbnb! Maya is friendly, easy to talk with and a wealth of information about the area. I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first Airbnb stay, this space was exceptional in every way. The location is perfect, especially if you are a walker. The space is tastefully decorated, has a small private patio, is comfortable and clean. I highly recommend a stay here. I know I’ll be back

This place was incredible! It’s a studio but the kitchen is massive & everything is well decorated. Square footage it’s small but the vaulted ceiling and windows open the place up. David was great, he gave me a late checkout & allowed me to add a person to the reservation after checkin without any charge. We loved the place so much we extended another night without any hassle. David was very responsive! The parking is on the street but I had no issues and stayed there Friday - Saturday and didn’t get back to the studio until 12:30am. The location is perfect, it’s in Venice but a few block from the beach so you don’t have any of the riffraff the neighborhood feels super safe and upscale! We will definitely stay there again. Thanks David for a great stay 🙏🏼

A great little studio for a work trip. The air-conditioner works like a dream, and it’s a perfect quiet little place. Worked out great for me coming up for work. Also amazing that he offers the driveway for you to park in, given that the street itself is permit only. A couple things to adjust for next time. The deadbolt isn’t a true deadbolt. Rather for aesthetics only. As a solo female traveler, I would have felt more safe with an actual working deadbolt. It’d also be safer to have a code on the gate, for security purposes. Not too far up the street are a few homeless people. I wish the bed was a little more desirable. It goes a long way to change the bedding and provide a bit more fluffy soft bedding. White sheets are preferred, grey is hard to tell if it’s clean. I’d say the same for bathroom towels. And at the rate you’re paying, it would’ve been nice to have conditioner in the shower as well. All in all, perfect for a work trip. But if I was on vacation, I’d be disappointed.

Great stay in a unique location. The place is very well built. Only issue the entire time was the community it’s in was loud late into the night and the neighbors dog consistently was barking and crying loudly early in the morning. Otherwise fantastic!
