I had a great stay! The host was incredibly responsive and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process from booking to check-out. Any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The space was exactly as described, and I felt well taken care of. I’d definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Cozy place, the sectional couch was a huge plus. I wish I would've booked my entire Minneapolis stay here! You can hear movement due to being in a basement so it doesn't feel extremely private but still an overall great experience.

Lower level has large living room , TV , bedroom and full bath. Upper level has large living room, kitchen w dining table and 3 bedrooms and one full bath. Large deck across the front of the house. Parking for 4 vehicles. Three mile paved walking path around the lake right out the front door. 20 minutes to airport. A great place to stay.

Ben was a great host and the proximity to the lake was amazing..... I went for walks around the lake everyday and Ben was a very accommodating host with recommendations and just being helpful in general. The value for this place was crazy good and it was excellent for a longer stay.... I was there about 10 days

We stayed here for a music festival and everything was neat and clean and ready for use. We loved the fact how spacious the upstairs and downstairs areas were for hanging out. Thank you!

We had a great time at Matthew and Sarah's home. It is beautiful. There are bunnies in the yard every morning and robins. My dog was in heaven... (She didn't hurt any of them) but she is a beagle and in Texas only sees jack rabbits which are pretty much the same size as her. We had a great time. The home is well worth the money and we thank them for their hospitality.

I was looking for somewhere not too far from home to just "get away" for a couple nights & have a quiet day to unplug. While yes, I suppose this is a lot of house for one person, when I saw the photos I couldn't resist. And those photos did not disappoint!! The home is beautiful, bright, and very clean. There's a cozy room off the dining area perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, curling up with a good book, or watching the provided tv if you choose - I only did the first two. :-) The kitchen and bathrooms are totally modern, but still have charm and lovely accents...was pleasantly surprised. The primary bedroom with onsuite was comfortable & quiet while I was there. I didn't really venture out, but the house is on a dead end so there is no traffic except neighbors which makes it extra nice, in my opinion. The host was quick to respond to questions and very accommodating, and they clearly takes great care of this home. Will stay again if I can and highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my stay at Dayton House! A peaceful, spotless, dreamy little spot in a beautiful walkable neighbourhood. Kyra could not have been more kind and friendly. I felt so welcome and the space was perfect - so many amenities in a wonderfully finished space. It felt tucked away and private with plenty of room and beautiful skylights to wake up to. Will definitely be booking again next time I'm visiting Saint Paul!

One of the rare times I felt the place looked better than the photos! I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely book again when in Minneapolis. I felt right at home, it was clean, comfortable bed, easy check-in. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, the university, Stone Arch Bridge. Very good value for the price I paid. Note that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit, rather the building had a room, use quarters.

Great location, comfy bed, interesting building, great view. Felt safe and was quiet. Note that there is not currently a walkable grocery store but you can get the train to one or use ride share.

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is very walkable and easily accessible to all the major arteries. The space was really clean and we felt right at home!

We really enjoyed staying in this location. We had everything we needed and were very comfortable. Andrew is a great host and easy to reach. We will definitely be returning.

Great place to stay right in the heart of the cities with lots around to do!

The pictures do not do this air bnb justice. We loved this air bnb and one of the best we have stayed in. The home is nice and inviting. It was super clean and everything worked as it should. The air bnb was nicely done and didn’t have any squeaky floors. The residence is separate from the main hosts. They will wave and say hi but they are not a bother. They are responsive as well. There is WiFi from 6am-10 pm, which wasn’t an issue for us. With most air bnbs, they give 1 roll of toilet paper but there are stores within 6 miles. Theres lot of parks and shopping in the area and it’s a safe neighborhood. There is a love seat in the living room. The only small complaint is the bed is not as pictured. My husband is very tall and does not fit in bed with a footboard. The bed in the listing showed one without a footboard but when we got there, there was a different bed frame. Not a huge issue though and we made it work.

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We loved our stay at this charming, clean and comfortable unit. The location was great, close to the Macalester campus, coffee shops and other local spots. Also Jean-Claude was a responsive and kind host. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay! A little bump getting in at first, but the hosts were very helpful and responsive and made sure that we made it in successfully and that there were no further issues!!

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Karen’s place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. The park right in front of the house made evening walks especially enjoyable. I’d recommend it to other guests!

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

John's place is a great find in one of my all-time favorite neighborhoods — it's clean, quiet, and comfortable, and everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. I'm sad that my stay was short, but look forward to booking again for a longer visit!

This was our second time booking with Lisa, however for a different unit. Again, it was a great stay. I enjoyed the coziness of this condo and quietness of the neighborhood despite being in the city. She has everything you need for cooking and baking. I work remotely and the internet speed was great. The bed was super comfortable. I appreciated the on-site laundry too. Everyone was friendly overall!
