Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Maplewood

This was my second time staying at Jennifer’s place. There were other lodging choices closer to the event I was attending, but I enjoyed my previous stay so much that I couldn’t resist booking here again. It truly feels like home away from home. Note to the car-free or car-lite: A city bus to the airport stops half a block from this Airbnb. Thanks again, Jennifer!

Overall, I had a comfortable stay and it is worth 5 stars, but it would be even better if the following points were improved. It says there is a washing machine (for a fee), but there is no information about its location on the page or in the room, and it was very difficult to find. 　(In the end, the washing machine was in the basement, and there were stairs leading from the kitchen to the basement, but it was difficult to know if they could be used) Shampoo and body wash were provided, but the conditioner was not replenished. The water flow in the washroom was too small, making it difficult to use.

Such a cute place with so much charm! It had everything we needed and was such a good location close to many restaurants, shops and a great park down the road. We hope to come back to visit!

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

We had a great stay. The neighborhood is very walkable and easily accessible to all the major arteries. The space was really clean and we felt right at home!

Roger and Vicki were responsive, friendly hosts. They were eager to ensure that we had everything we needed and flexible in working with us for check-in and check-out. We even received some homemade baked goods, a delightful bonus 😊 The unit was comfy and well-appointed. We loved the ability to allocate our rental donation at the Shelter with a Cause. As an added plus, we got to shelter in the basement with the hosts and some of their family members when the tornado sirens sounded just minutes after our arrival! We appreciated being taken care of so well 😊

The pictures do not do this air bnb justice. We loved this air bnb and one of the best we have stayed in. The home is nice and inviting. It was super clean and everything worked as it should. The air bnb was nicely done and didn’t have any squeaky floors. The residence is separate from the main hosts. They will wave and say hi but they are not a bother. They are responsive as well. There is WiFi from 6am-10 pm, which wasn’t an issue for us. With most air bnbs, they give 1 roll of toilet paper but there are stores within 6 miles. Theres lot of parks and shopping in the area and it’s a safe neighborhood. There is a love seat in the living room. The only small complaint is the bed is not as pictured. My husband is very tall and does not fit in bed with a footboard. The bed in the listing showed one without a footboard but when we got there, there was a different bed frame. Not a huge issue though and we made it work.

John and Zinaida’s place was very clean and comfortable. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

James and Karen were delightful hosts and their home was beautiful. It was perfect for our family, everyone had their own space. Quiet neighborhood. Coffee and creamer ready for the day!

Nate's home had lovely bed linens and ample good towels. There was lots of space in the closet, dresser drawers, and refrigerator, which I appreciated. There was a handheld shower, which I prize. There were two big TV's with high-end Direct TV service. The bed was super comfortable, a king bed with adjustable head and foot. I had a few minor issues when I first arrived. I contacted Nate and he very quickly resolved them both. His neighborhood was quiet and felt safe.

Absolutely loved my stay at Dayton House! A peaceful, spotless, dreamy little spot in a beautiful walkable neighbourhood. Kyra could not have been more kind and friendly. I felt so welcome and the space was perfect - so many amenities in a wonderfully finished space. It felt tucked away and private with plenty of room and beautiful skylights to wake up to. Will definitely be booking again next time I'm visiting Saint Paul!

Great home in the middle of everything St. Paul. Cozy and modern, simple but sufficient. Great communication from host. Would stay again!

The area is amazing. First very walkable. Parks, restaurants, coffee shop, grocery, pharmacy and more. The Como zoo and Conservatory is a short walk from the house. Gardens along your walk to get there and more gardens and sights to see when you do get there. Lake Como is surrounded by a bike path and walking path. The entire area is beautiful and I felt very safe as a single woman. I’m sure there is more to explore in the area but my favorite was the ability to be within a short walk of my 2 year old grandson. Then to come back to 921 Nevada and tuck into a clean cozy bed was my definition of heaven. I’m looking forward to future stays.

We loved staying here! The place had everything we could possibly need and was super clean! We also loved the location . We will be staying again next time we are in town!

Everything about this stay felt like enjoyment, ease and comfort were the mission. Great location. Surrounded by some of St Paul's best restaurants. Friendly neighbors, lots of dogs out for walks. Super clean, comfortable, uncluttered and tastefully decorated. Generously stocked with dishes, towels, and a variety of cookware in great condition. Wonderful coffee bar set up, including French press. I enjoyed coffee on the front porch every morning. Fastest responding hosts I've experienced. Every question was answered within 5 minutes and none of my questions were urgent. I love this place!

Very nice house located perfectly for shopping ,restaurants all on Robert Street. Will definitely stay there again. Great host

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

We loved our stay at this charming, clean and comfortable unit. The location was great, close to the Macalester campus, coffee shops and other local spots. Also Jean-Claude was a responsive and kind host. We would definitely come back!

We had a great stay! A little bump getting in at first, but the hosts were very helpful and responsive and made sure that we made it in successfully and that there were no further issues!!

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Second time staying here and we love it for a girls trip! Located right downtown. Stay was great lots of bedding. Only downside was the upstairs patio was under construction and that was never mentioned prior to checkin. Was a bummer because we were all excited to sit out there the first night as it was a beautiful Minnesota spring day. Otherwise stay was great!!!

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.
