Cottage vacation rentals in Maple Lake

We loved our stay! Luke was a very responsive host. The cottage was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we loved having access to a hot tub and sauna. They anticipated anything we would’ve wanted during our stay (coffee, tea, extra towels for the hot tub) and provided clear instructions and recommendations. I would stay here again, and I would recommend this place to others looking to stay somewhere peaceful yet still near everything.

beautiful home to stay in, better than the pictures suggested. very cozy and a great place to relax after exploring Minnesota. the hot tub is a wonderful addition, and I highly recommend walking down and watching the sunrise in the morning.

We stayed for an extended Super Bowl/birthday weekend and had a great time. Super responsive to messages when there was a very small issue and checked in multiple times to make sure all was well. We would love to go back in summer. Very efficient space for a large group and the new hot tub was a hit with everyone in our party. Thank you!

The hosts, Katie and Curt, were very friendly and responsive. The hot tub on the patio was a big bonus. I also enjoyed relaxing in the hammock and watching the trolley go by through the woods ($3 to take the short historic ride). And just a few minutes to walk to Lake Harriet pavilion to take in some live music or walk around the lake. I’m excited to come back sometime for this relaxing get-away!

A beautiful quiet cabin and lake. The neighbors were very kind and generous, even inviting us over for a neighborhood potluck and Yatzee tournament. My wife couldn’t get over how cute that cabin was and she loved the bed in the master bedroom. Our kids had a great time fishing off the dock. We would highly recommend this cabin to anyone!!

Great space for an extended family stay. Enjoyed the great patio spaces, beautiful lake with kayak, well appointed kitchen, and large dining table and living room. Main floor was very accessible for family with a walker and they were able to navigate the few steps to the main patio too, but would be nice to have the main bathroom shower upgraded some day to be a more accessible walk in shower (there is a walk in shower upstairs). Host/brother very responsive to a few questions that came up.

Very cute interior; lots of extra supplies in case we forgot anything. Loved the bathroom!! Quiet; beds were comfortable & nice to have 2 TV’s as my husband & I have different tastes. The only tiny negative is the yard - not really any grassy area for our little dog, but she didn’t mind walking down the block.

The lake view is beautiful and the house had everything we needed for our stay!

This cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s located on a quiet street yet convenient to shopping. The kitchen and bath are fully stocked and it’s all very clean. We are already planning to come back.

What a charming, cozy and spotless cottage in a very private setting! The description was on point! Very quiet, wonderful neighbors and accessible to parks, restaurants, shopping, etc. Communication with the host was excellent with any concerns! She was lovely to chat with. This was truly a lucky find! This charming home with modern updates exceeded our expectations on every level! Kristi was a pleasure to work with and was always available with quick responses to any questions. It really is a special place, every room is unique, clean and comfortable! I love her decorating taste! She had everything available that one would need when in a “home away from home”. Our family of four went for a long weekend and just loved everything about this gem, we could have stayed forever! Our favorite spot was the backyard. Lots of room with comfortable furniture and a beautiful wood burning stone fireplace with loads of chopped wood ready to burn. It was a perfect place to chill, read and sip wine. We stopped into the Crow River Winery for a tasting more than once. We can’t wait to get back there someday! It would be an ideal spot for some end of summer and fall fun!

Absolutely loved this place!!! Simply adorable and gorgeous views! The sunsets were amazing! The water was perfectly clear... very quiet area! I want to retire and move here; unfortunately, I did not win the lottery last night..LOL. We will definitely come back!! Would love to bring the grandkids; the bunkbeds are very cute!! Oh and the hosts were very responsive!!!

Stayed here before! Amazing as usual. Travel quite a bit so it being close the airport is clutch! Won’t be disappointed

We have stayed at Little House several times before and it is always a wonderful experience. I would say it's our favorite Airbnb location in the Twin Cities and if it's available to book, we always do!

We had a lovely stay at this cozy cabin right on the lake. The location was incredibly peaceful and relaxing, the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. We especially loved waking up to the beautiful view of the water each morning and watching all the birds on the water. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet lakeside getaway!
