Connie's place was just as described! It was perfect for our overnight stay in Manhattan. It was close to restaurants and the activity we came to town for. It was a quaint, cute older (historic?) building, was comfortable and in a safe neighborhood. Connie was always quick to respond when I had questions. The bed was comfortable and had everything we needed to our stay.

We had trouble getting in touch with the manger after hours (emergency line)- but they were able to help us the next morning to resolve an issue with the windows.
