Villa vacation rentals in Mandeville

Marcus was very responsive in a timely manner whenever I reached out about something. The neighborly rooster was a bit loud in the mornings especially 5am every morning. The walls are thin so you do hear the neighbors walking around and kids running up and down the hallway which didn't last long and usually got quiet just around bedtime. I would definitely stay here again and explore new things around the city, the food recommendations that Marcus provided were good, absolutely loved all the food I ate on my trip.

We loved our stay! Marcia and Michael were responsive and easy to get in touch with. They helped accommodate an early check-in. Everything was tidy and exactly as pictured in the photos. Great location and easy to get to other parts of the city from the house. Would stay here again!

This is a lovely old home, with a ton of history and great amenities. The interior is lovely, comfortable and well equipped. We felt wrapped in New Orleans history and hope the Historical Designation requested by the owners is granted, as it seems well-deserved. The location is great - walkable to French Quarter, Frenchman Street with all the jazz bars is very close and, well, Loretta's Authentic Pralines is almost right next door. The trolley line is very close for transportation to other fun locations. We were very, very happy with our stay - our 5-year-old granddaughter loved the pool and it was a quiet refreshing way to spend some time. We would love to stay here again.

Good location for getting around NO easily. Enough space for 6 adults. We enjoyed our stay.

Spencer was a great host. He was very responsive in a timely manner and accommodating for our request. The house was very clean and already cooled when we got there. I definitely recommend this house to anyone

Home is gorgeous! Beautiful decor. Best feature: private pool with hot tub & great landscaping. Beds were comfy; all lightswitches were labeled, kitchen had plenty of cookware/dishes/utensils ; bathrooms had hairdryers & toiletries. appreciated the provided bath AND pool towels. VERY short stroll to 2 different streetcar lines and also bus line!! This made site-seeing in NOLA super easy. Enjoyed walks to and around the garden district with its beautiful homes. Central City BBQ is just a short walk from house with great food and drinks ; and the Lagniappe Bakehouse just down the block is amazing. There is a mission across the street - they were friendly and organized - the foot traffic near meal distributions dispersed quickly ; a couple times driveway was blocked and they helped us find owners of vehicles. locked driveway gate was great- easily fit minivan+sedan. dance club on block was loud on weekends- but inside home could barely hear- everyone slept well.

Nice home and great experience. We arrived late the first evening due to flight schedule, but the check in instructions were clear and the gate remote was exactly in the location described. Home was located on the street corner and was clean and felt safe with enclosed gate. Location was very good - close to a few places that we walked to (such as Abita New Orleans and The Exchange Pickleball Bar, both which we visited). We also walked to catch the street car one day at St Charles (it was a few blocks, if you’re up for it). Full kitchen was very nice though we really only used the fridge to keep leftovers overnight. Place was stocked with plenty of hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels, etc. Loved the high ceilings and the front porch. Great experience - highly recommend.

Great location, comfortable beds. We were there for Tulane graduation and it was a great home base for us. The market across the street is convenient and I recommend walking to the Marsh hotel’s coffee bar.

Our family of 8 enjoyed the varied spaces for gathering and catching up including the rooftop view. The pool area was lovely and private. The place was clean and had sufficient supplies. One family member noted that he kept losing the internet despite having two systems. We would recommend renting this townhouse for a family event.

This place is fantastic! Exactly what we were hoping for and more! CLEAN, BEAUTIFUL & A+ STAFF! We walked everywhere while here and felt right at home! The hot tub and pool were perfect at the end of each day. The weather got nasty but the courtyard and pool area were still wonderful!!Michael responds to messages ASAP and was super helpful! We will stay here every time we come back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice location

It was absolutely magical. Start to finish the house was a dream to stay in. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at this home and appreciate the hosts. The furniture, decor, and backyard. We only spent four days and had a jam packed schedule. My only regret is not having more time to spend in the house!
