It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

We had a fantastic time at this Airbnb! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly communicative and made the check-in process seamless. The location was perfect—just a short walk to popular attractions and cafes. I loved being able to explore the area on foot! The amenities were top-notch. The kitchen was well-equipped, which allowed me to prepare some meals during my stay. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for my work. I felt that the price was very reasonable given the quality of the stay and the prime location. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the city. I would definitely book again!

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! My boyfriend and I book Airbnb stays every month, and this has been our best experience so far! Jennifer is an outstanding host, accommodating and responsive, even weeks before our stay. She made sure we were comfortable, even offering us a free ride to the unit. The place was amazing. The aircon was top-notch cold enough to make us sleep like babies! The kitchen had all utensils and condiments (oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper), super convenient if you plan on cooking! The bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries… felt like home. We wish we could've stayed longer. A couple of minor things to note: the soundbar partially blocks the TV sensor, so you'll need to get up to use the remote. Also, the TV isn't centered directly in front of the bed (in case that matters to you). But these are just small details that didn't take away from the overall experience. Check with Jenny about extended check-out, she's super accommodating. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended! 💯

There were many thoughtful touches to get you started. Internet was useful and problem-free. Everything was clean and tidy and the apartment is nicely decorated. It helped that I already knew the building as friends also have an apartment there, but amenities - supermarkets, outdoor eating/drinking, and shopping malls such as the smart Shang mall - are all within walking distance and it's a safe and lively area. There was a small issue dealing with the security desk on first arrival (but solved) and the keypad door lock was slightly hard to use at first but otherwise my stay went very smoothly and I would be very happy to use the apartment again so thank you, Mera.

Hosts were very accommodating, flexible and responsive. The place was clean and very functional. The complimentary potable water was thoughtful. The use of space was commendable, we didn’t feel we had less ‘cause we’re in a 1br condo (limited space), still felt home. Our family, especially our kid, had a great time with board and card games (available in the unit) - gadget time for the day became minimal as we truly enjoyed playing as a group. The Bible verses /quotes were also great reminders, especially when you’re too occupied with daily hustle. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our time in this unit! We decided to skip the videoke and group games to keep the noise down. If you're looking for a spot for a mini team-building event, this might not be the best fit. However, if you want a relaxing place to hang out with friends, this is definitely the perfect choice. The host is super friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly excellent.

We just wrapped up a week-long stay at S&L Kai Residence and honestly, we loved every moment of it! The place was cozy, the pool was such a treat, and it felt like a little home away from home. Special thanks to our amazing host, Shaun, who’s been nothing short of excellent—super helpful, thoughtful, and on top of every little detail. This condo was perfect for our family vacation! We were so impressed by how spacious it felt, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring everyone got a great night's sleep. The entire place was spotlessly clean, which made us feel right at home. A huge highlight was the host's excellent communication; they responded immediately to our questions, particularly where we needed to process visitor access. While you can expect some vehicle noise given its location on EDSA, it was a minor trade-off for an otherwise fantastic stay. Having a fully furnished and equipped condo made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable.

We were able to cook and watch a huge 55inch TV with Netflix and Disney+. HBO Max is available too. We saved a lot on transport since Boni Station is literally just in the entrance, and grocery is in Light Mall. Lots of stores and restos around too Internet just needs improvement. Cable Internet is very prone to disconnections. I noticed neighbors are using PLDT Fibr. I kept getting disconnected from work every 1-2 hours. Sometimes I have to unplug/replug the modem for 10 seconds. Please consider upgrading the internet into fibr. Smart and DITO is decent if you're in the 8th floor. 4.8 out of 5 stars, will consider going back for future manila travels. hopefully internet is improved :)

We extend our stay because the unit is comfortable and near the mall and restaurants. James also replies with our questions very quickly. Will definitely go back 😊

Great place. Beautiful. Smells good. Very cozy and clean. Had some issues with electricity due to maintenance but it’s only for a while. With drinking water provided, they have a dispenser which is great! Thank you!
