We just wrapped up a week-long stay at S&L Kai Residence and honestly, we loved every moment of it! The place was cozy, the pool was such a treat, and it felt like a little home away from home. Special thanks to our amazing host, Shaun, who’s been nothing short of excellent—super helpful, thoughtful, and on top of every little detail. The place was just as advertised and had everything I needed. The host was very responsive and proactive in communicating, with clear instructions throughout. The staff around the building were helpful, even though that wasn’t part of the listing. Having a free parking space was a big plus and using it was seamless. Another bonus was that the place was inexpensive. I’d definitely book it again if I’m in the area.

What a beautiful place. In the center of everything, but still in a Quite part. Host is great. Views are amazing and the security guards are awesome, so friendly they are.

This unit is very clean, spacious, and has all the amenities one would need for a short stay. WiFi speed is commendable. The balcony is bigger than the ones in the other Prisma units I've stayed in. Sir Ross is also a great host--very quick to respond and accommodating even of last-minute request. Highly recommended!

We were a group of 13 people, including infants, and the space was absolutely perfect for all of us. The comfortable beds, cozy blankets, and pillows ensured everyone had a restful sleep, and the spacious layout made it easy to relax and enjoy. The fine dining table provided an elegant space for meals, making every gathering feel special. We also loved the TV and PlayStation, which kept us entertained indoors and made for a fun, relaxing experience. Everything was thoughtfully designed for convenience, from the contactless check-in to the high-speed WiFi and security features. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place for groups and families, can’t wait to return!

My son said it was a "luxurious" place. It was child-friendly and has games to entertain them. We had a great stay and we felt very safe. The place smells nice and all appliance were working. It was easy to do grocery at a nearby supermarket. Malls were walking distance and has a 24/7 convenience store nearby. Ronald was quick to respond to our queries and was very friendly. Looking forward to book the place for our next visit.

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.

I stayed over the weekend for my birthday! Wanted some time alone where it’s peaceful and timid. I fell in love with the place once I entered! It was homey and cozy, it was comfortable to the point that I almost didn’t want to go home🥺. Will definitely go back in the near future!

This place is highly recommended. The place is even bigger than the photos, especially the high ceiling and the view from the penthouse at night is absolutely gorgeous. If you want to spend the whole day watching tv, they have free Netflix, prime video,and AppleTV. We were also allowed to extend our stay for a few hours so my kids can enjoy the pool. Too bad we can’t extend our stay but would definitely go back here.
