Waterfront vacation rentals in Manatee County

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

We LOVED our stay at One Shell Cove, and hope to be back! You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location or view. The kitchen was so well-appointed that we chose to buy fresh shrimp and grouper and eat outside while listening to the waves crash. The entire condo was spotless, and the king bed was comfortable. We used the beach chairs provided and swam in the perfect Gulf waters. The condo is walking distance from a Circle K and several restaurants. Although it's on a public beach, the area was quiet and peaceful and we were not disturbed. I would highly recommend this condo and its wonderful Host!

this is my second year in a row coming down to siesta key and I have always stayed here. walking distance from everything but yet this place is quiet and peaceful. it is a diamond in the ruff.

Cute as a button! Super homie! Steps to the beach! Had everything we needed. The place was just as described and walkable to almost everything. Great location! Fabulous house! We will definitely be coming back to stay with Debra. The sunroom is absolutely the best spot in the house!

Such a great location! The breeze trolley stops right out front and made it super easy to get around. The place was super clean and quiet. The pool right out the door was perfect! We plan on coming back next year and will for sure stay in one of Lisa’s properties. She was so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Loved our stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Doris stay was absolutely amazing, not only was the stay exactly how it was pictured in the photos. The stay was absolutely impeccable. Doris knew it was out anniversary and was also flexible with our check in. The patio had a beautiful view of the lake and the sunrise/sunset. The community is quiet and respectful. The restaurants nearby were all 10/10 and the beach with traffic was only 12 minutes away. We spent from 10:30am until 2:30pm at the beach. Got back to our stay that had an amazing a/c unit by the way and she also let us bring our fur babies. She is absolutely amazing and we will certainly be back!

I visit Sarasota every year and stay each time at a new place. This year I wanted to do something closer to the beach and Siesta Village. Matt’s spot was perfectly located for this due to being so close to the beach and every night we walked to the village for dinner/nightlife which was about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a great place for 1-4 people if you’re looking for a nice chill vacation.

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Ashley’s place was amazing. It was thoughtfully stocked and had everything we needed from linens to sunscreen. The home was spotless and Ashley was very attentive during our stay. Me and my family would definitely visit again!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Andy's Airbnb, and I can't recommend it enough! The space is incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, making it a perfect retreat. Andy was an outstanding host, taking excellent care of the property and ensuring that everything was in order. Communication was seamless, and he was always available to answer any questions I had. One of the highlights of my stay was the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere of the place. It provided a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. What a Gorgeous and unique Airbnb. I loved the history behind the house and its tie to the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band. It truly felt like a little piece of history. The view out the kitchen window alone was worth the stay. Most peaceful cup of coffee I’ve had in a long time. The beds were comfy, the decor was modern yet meaningful. We partook in the kids game selection. We truly enjoyed our stay. I look forward to our next visit. We even meet and chatted with Wylan on the day of our departure and honestly couldn’t have been a nicer more welcoming host. A big thank you again for opening your home to us!

This house was spotless, organized and had a loaded kitchen! It is in a amazing location near the beaches and the house came loaded with beach equipment. I would love to come back. Birute was very helpful with us and responsive in timely manner Thansk for all!

Claudia’s place was one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed at while visiting AMI. The home was beautiful and the master bedrooms en suite felt like your own personal spa! If you’re traveling with babies or toddlers there is no safety fence around the pool, but there are alarms on every door leading out to the pool area. Claudia was very accommodating and even let us to check in early which allowed us to have a whole extra day to enjoy the pool. We really enjoyed our stay here and we highly recommend booking with Claudia!

We had a great weekend at Jarett and Roxanne’s home. It was adorable and so cozy. Felt great to come back to after our son’s soccer tournament. Kids loved all the toys, games, and even the soccer goal. We were able to meet them and they were so sweet. Everything was spotless. Had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! We would love to stay here again each year if we have our tournament :) thank you for the hospitality!

It was lovely that Jason provided toiletries, cleaning products and cooking items . A very nice touch . The accommodation was perfect for a family . So much outside space . If ever there was a need to contact him he responded straight away . We plan to return in 2027 .

We had a very good time at Siesta Key and enjoyed our time at Maureen's place. The building is older, the amenities are well maintained and the condo itself is well cared for. I did find some mystery stains on the mattress and the decorative pillows in my room, but I'm guessing they are just spills that were difficult to get out. More importantly, the boat dock is usable, albeit with some difficulty if the boat is larger than 22 feet or so. We figured out on the second day that the best way to dock was parallel to the intracoastal between the posts and to tie off with lines on either side of the stern and with a single line on the bow. I would check ahead to make sure the dock is available, but we had no other boats docked there on a holiday weekend. The private beach access was a lifesaver on a holiday weekend, despite the short walk required to get there. Having both intracoastal and beach access is the biggest value of the place in my opinion.

Amy is an extremely thoughtful and responsive host that clearly exhibits what Airbnb is meant to be. Her place in Siesta Key is right on the beach with perfect amenities and easy access. My friends and I have been vacationing in Siesta Key for almost a decade and this is by far one of the best places we have stayed. Thank you Amy!

Our stay with Eric was amazing! We needed a quick beach weekend and this exceeded our expectations. His unit was as described with luxury towels and bed linens. Beach closet was bonus…the cart, cooler and chairs was much needed and appreciated! I messaged Eric prior to our arrival asking if there was a volleyball in the closet so I could add to our grocery order if not. First thing I saw as we walked in the unit was a new volleyball sitting on the table awaiting our arrival! Way above and beyond! Easy check in and check out. Actually, our flight was ahead of schedule and Eric allowed us early entry to get our trip started a bit sooner! This was our first time visiting the area and definitely plan on returning and will stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

My wife and I spontaneously booked a last-minute getaway at Colin’s condo, and we couldn’t be happier with our decision. The condo was beautiful—just steps from the beach—and the view from the porch was absolutely stunning. We loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were included, which made our three days of relaxing by the ocean even more enjoyable. The location was great, with restaurants just a short drive away. I also took advantage of a well-equipped workout area just down the street, which was a nice bonus. The bed was very comfortable, and we made good use of the full-sized fridge during our stay. Colin was incredibly responsive and proactive in his communication, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going smoothly. The resort itself was spotless, and the staff were all warm and welcoming. It was the perfect short escape—we’d definitely come back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s cute and cozy condo. The view was the best part. Love being on the beach and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, Martha had wonderful books and games for us to use. Another shout out to Martha is that we forgot my husband‘s favorite backpack cooler yet Martha took a picture of it and said she would hold it until our next visit which I thought was very honest and considerate. Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!
