From the moment I arrived, the home was spotless and thoughtfully prepared. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, air fryer, refrigerator, stove, cooking pots, dishes, utensils, and dish soap. The bathrooms had hand soap and toilet paper, and the laundry area included a washer, dryer, and detergent. Beach gear such as chairs and an umbrella were also provided. As a Doctor of Pharmacy student, I truly appreciated that the university is only about 12 minutes away. I spent many days studying, but also took time to enjoy the warm Florida weather and relaxing atmosphere. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful—always quick to reply whenever I had a question. I also had the chance to play pickleball and enjoy some fun outdoor moments with my husband. The neighborhood is quiet, the house is in a gated community, and I felt very safe from the day I arrived. The cleanliness throughout the home was impeccable, and I’m genuinely grateful for the entire experience.

We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Lisa’s place exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood was peaceful, quiet and everyone was super friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this home.

Easily one of the best Airbnb stays that we’ve had. The photos don’t do it justice, it looks like one of the popular home decor magazines. Everything you could think of was available. From the appliances to the linens, everything was high-end. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in Bradenton!

We would highly recommend staying here! Jeff and Alycia's beautiful home worked perfectly for our stay, and we would love to stay here again when we visit our family who lives nearby. Their home is Incredibly clean, welcoming, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The view outside is beautiful, and their townhome is located in a great gated community that is close to many restaurants and activities. They were very responsive and friendly and helped make our entire stay very enjoyable. You won't be disappointed!

This is a great house, very clean and stocked with everything you need for a great vacation. All the beach gear you could think of and fully stocked kitchen to cook as much as you like. Location was perfect, great restaurants & shopping nearby, only 7 miles to Anna Maria & 12 miles to Longboat Key. Our personal favorites: Swordfish Grill, Old Salty Dog, Mote Aquarium, Coquina Beach, and Crowder’s Gifts for souvenirs. House was super easy to find and get into. Sarah was quick to respond with any questions we had. Will absolutely stay again! Next time we will explore Sarasota a little more.

Quiet, cozy and comfortable. If you love plants, you will enjoy her gardens- they are beautiful! She thought of everything I might need and even provided things I didn’t know I needed. I would definitely book there again!

This location is halfway between coastal attractions (beach and downtown) and inland attractions (golf, Lakewood Ranch, I-75). It's also near 2-3 east-west roads in Sarasota. Excellent. Listing is realistic, not exaggerated. It's a well-equipped kitchen with a two-burner induction stove and a large enough fridge and freezer for nearly any purpose. Good counter space and many helpful supplies and "tools" Bedroom area is large, bathroom is huge, shower is enormous, access is ez. I've stayed in tiny units and i've had faux kitchens. This is neither and with a strong host nearby. I'm tiring of long-distance hosts and corporate hosts. As a host Mariele offers proximity, professionalism, and personality too. Within reason she's on the side of the guest. Recommended listing.

Ed and Bunny were communicative and friendly hosts. Inside of the efficiency, space is as the photos (I even think the magazines are set up the same way haha). Very well organized and neat. Nice little pathway on the side of the home that separates the spot from the rest of the home and adds a touch of privacy. Spot is in a nice and quiet area and what it looked like a safe neighborhood. 10 mins from Siesta Beach. ✅.

Peter and Pearl are awesome hosts! The Peaceful Retreat feels welcoming and cheerful, with very comfortable furnishings. These hosts have thought of everything! The location is great too, whether you walk or drive. We were in Sarasota to attend graduation at RCAD and the location was perfect!

We had a wonderful stay at Anubuy’s place! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Anubuy was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. They made sure we felt right at home, and their attention to detail really stood out. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we wanted to explore. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable, perfect for sharing with my family. Its balcony overlooking the building’s pool was a huge plus... excellent location, just an 8min walk from restaurants and shops... 100% recommended

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Our stay with Eric was amazing! We needed a quick beach weekend and this exceeded our expectations. His unit was as described with luxury towels and bed linens. Beach closet was bonus…the cart, cooler and chairs was much needed and appreciated! I messaged Eric prior to our arrival asking if there was a volleyball in the closet so I could add to our grocery order if not. First thing I saw as we walked in the unit was a new volleyball sitting on the table awaiting our arrival! Way above and beyond! Easy check in and check out. Actually, our flight was ahead of schedule and Eric allowed us early entry to get our trip started a bit sooner! This was our first time visiting the area and definitely plan on returning and will stay here again. Thanks for a great stay!

We truly loved staying at this beautiful condo! It was super-super clean, modern-designed, had everything we needed, and even much more! Full spectrum of laundry/cleaning/bathroom supplies in abundance. The space is very cozy, stylish, and the location was really convenient - walking distance to Publix, good restaurants, and other useful places. Andrew and Angel are great hosts and kindest people! Responded immediately and positively to all our questions. Can’t wait to get back and stay here again! We feel lucky to find this place! Thank you Angel and Andrew!

We had a lovely stay at Doris's place! When we got there it was easy check in and a very nice/clean place. There was little to no confusion the entire stay. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Martha’s cute and cozy condo. The view was the best part. Love being on the beach and even though the weather wasn’t the greatest, Martha had wonderful books and games for us to use. Another shout out to Martha is that we forgot my husband‘s favorite backpack cooler yet Martha took a picture of it and said she would hold it until our next visit which I thought was very honest and considerate. Emily went above and beyond what I expected. I needed a cooler to go to the beach, and she also provided us with beach chairs. The house has everything you could need. There are board games. The Wi-Fi works great. I didn't use the kitchen, but it's fully equipped. I'll be back soon. Thank you so much, Emily, for your kindness and prompt response 😊

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!
