I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described actually, even better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt cozy yet modern. It was clear that a lot of thought went into making guests feel at home. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, providing helpful local tips and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly. The bed was super comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast, and all the amenities from the kitchen to the bathroom were top notch. The location was also perfect. Quiet and peaceful, but close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the personal touches, like fresh coffee, local guidebooks, and a welcome note. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A truly 10/10 experience!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

We had an amazing trip to Anna Maria Island and this was the perfect place to stay for the price. The location was great being only a 10 minute drive to Manatee Public beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Alyse was a great host and was very responsive to any questions we had. I would highly recommend staying here!

My stay at J & J Island Time was very nice! I parked right at the front door so it was easy to unload the car. The condo was cute and decorated so beachy cute! The living space was very comfortable and had everything I needed. I enjoyed morning coffee sitting under the pergola along the canal and listened to the birds! The location is just 2 miles from Anna Maria Island where I spent a few days enjoying the beach! I even saw a manatee swimming by! There are many restaurants and live entertainment close by! It was a very relaxing get away and I would recommend it to others! Janette was very responsive and helpful!!

Stayed for the month and didn’t want to leave! Great location, very clean and beautifully decorated! Clara was very responsive, to the point where she went out of her way to find extra, personal beach chairs when we needed them! I can’t say enough positive comments about our experience.

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Thank you you for an amazing stay! Your condo is so comfortable, we felt right at home! So much for us to do and our children! We loved drinking our coffee on the patio. The boys loved playing pickle ball. Our daughter was playing lacrosse at IMG and we were within a mile of her games. Our hosts were very responsive and the condo had all the amenities we needed for our stay and to go to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a great time staying here. Very central to beach, food & shops. Kyle is a fantastic host, thoughtful & responsive. The bed was so comfy!!! 10/10 recommended

It was a nice clean place. I would definitely stay at Robert's place again. It right around the corner from St. Armands Circle and close to beach. They had everything you need for your stay houseware and beach stuff.

Would stay here again. Very roomy, clean. Great location.

Beautiful top floor condo in a gated community. The unit was as described in the listing. Plenty of space for our family. A big plus was the storage room with all the items you’d need for a day at the beach. The management team that runs this property were great. They responded immediately with any questions or concerns. I did have an issue that I kept smelling a strong pet odor in the master bedroom. I think it was coming from the rug under the bed. I would suggest having it cleaned or replaced. My bad for not realizing that the unit is pet friendly. The one thing that was inconvenient was you have to get the gate key fob off site before you arrive. The entrance is unmanned and you can’t get in without it. We had a few issues getting in that box to get to another box for our unit. Also if you need more than one fob, let them know in advance so you don’t have to go back offsite to get it.

Fantastic location on quieter area of beach but still walkable to the Village restaurants. Comfortable bed, huge shower. Loved our stay!

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

The apartment is clean, included everything necessary for a comfortable stay in it. There were all the cleaning products: for the kitchen, bath, washing powder. Paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, beach towels. There were two chic chairs for the beach. The apartment is 10 minutes by car to the beach. Across the road is a grocery store. The only minus for us was the dull knives. Overall, everything is great, I recommend it.

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

Tonya is everything you want in a host- professional, prompt responses and excellent service. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved being so close to the beach and everything Siesta Key had to offer.

Cyndi and Colin - Thank you so much for having us! We truly enjoyed the weekend to the fullest thanks to this wonderful condo. Super close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and activities. Our favorites were Island Time (drinks), Daiquiri Deck (HH 3-7 Daily), Shore on LBK, and Drift Inn (drinks, cash only). Had an incredibly scenic dinner at Waterfront Beach House on the final night, about a 1 minute walk and you can enjoy a delicious dinner right on the beach! The condo had pretty much everything you could ever need for a beach trip, with Publix accessible nearby for anything additional we needed. Colin was so incredibly accommodating by letting us check in early and check out late. The condo was perfect size for us as a couple, and could certainly accommodate a couple small kids as well. We will absolutely be back in the area soon and will be booking with Colin and Cyndi again!

Lynn’s place was great. Within miles of beautiful beaches. The restaurant/bar within the facilities was nice as well. The pool was an added bonus and definitely a great place to relax.

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

Leslie was extremely communicative and flexible to meet our needs. Our son was in a tournament at IMG, and this was absolutely the perfect location for that. The place was extremely comfortable for our family and we will definitely stay there again. Would highly recommend!

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!
