Only 10 miles to Bradenton Beach and 13 to Siesta Key. 6 miles to IMG academy and 3 to SRQ airport.The property has an Arcade, pool, outdoor games, Tiki restaurant/bar w/live music, fitness center. A little something for everyone to enjoy. This property is on the water but not waterview. You must be 25 and have an ID for property rental
