Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Manasota Key

House was very cozy and fully stocked with everything we needed! Plenty of towels to use was a huge plus for us since we were constantly at the beach or pool. Ryan was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a fantastic week at the Manasota Tree House. Jennifer was quick to respond and made everything easy from start to finish. The home is beautifully decorated and felt warm and inviting. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach, and the private pool was a great bonus. We’d definitely love to come back.

This property was perfect for our families!! So much to do and the island is very quiet and peaceful. We parked our boats at the dock in the back with ease. The beaches were virtually empty everytime we went and the sunsets are amazing!

My wife and I had great stay at Christopher’s house. It was very close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely stay here again and we would highly recommend staying here!

It was the second time / year we stayed at this townhouse with our three kids all types of ages. The whole family loves the place: spacious, new, modern facilities, clean. It has a great area for cooking and have meal as a family and at the same time everyone can have the privacy they might need in 3 nice bedrooms. Great backyard with a lawn to sit outside, gas grill facility we used every night for dinner and a small sunroom to avoid mosquitos. Quiet location, away from the highway, almost no neighbors and a piece of wild jungles attached (empty lot with trees). In the working distance (just across the quiet street) you'll find 4 tennis courts (also used for pickleball), outdoor skating rink for rollerblading and basketball, a library with $10 fee for 3 months for kids to play and borrow books. Short driving distance to grocery shops: Publix, Walmart, Winn Dixie (now being converted to ALDI). Several beaches in 15 minutes drive time (Blind Pass is our favorite).

This stay was beyond our expectations. We wanted a get away that felt beachy and wow did it deliver! We spent a beautiful relaxing staycation taking advantage of all the amenities. What sold us was the fact that the host thought of absolutely everything. All items needed for beach or water activities were provided I love that. The town was small and friendly. I will go back when my family comes to visit me in Florida. ☀️🌴

I chose Anton’s property to provide short travel for four of us on a great Florida island for my 78th birthday. The three bedrooms and two full baths were perfect for our privacy needs. Having garage parking for one of our cars was very convenient. The home was not disappointing in any way. The large living room and seating was very comfortable. One issue that we conquered quickly was the lack of a streaming service connection since we all had a series that we were watching at home. When we arrived home after early dinners out, we found that we were sitting in the living room and talking to each other face-to-face and discussing ranges of interesting topics until late in the evenings. Quiet, cozy and comfortable. If you love plants, you will enjoy her gardens- they are beautiful! She thought of everything I might need and even provided things I didn’t know I needed. I would definitely book there again!

Ed and Bunny’s place is in a very quiet and safe feeling neighborhood. I rented a bicycle while there and biked to the grocery store and beach in 10-15min. The attached apartment shares one wall with their house and I could hardly hear them. The hosts kept to themselves, but made themselves available if I needed anything. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and there was even beach gear (umbrella, chair, cooler) to borrow. I had a peaceful, restful stay.

Great place close to the beach and refreshing pool! Enjoyed great meals at Captain Curt’s and Mango Cafe only 10 minute walk away. 7Eleven was close by and handy for beach snacks. Beach chairs provided were much appreciated. Met nice fellow travelers while enjoying morning coffee by the pool. All new interiors had all we needed.

This was a great location, good distance from the beach if you have a car and very clea and homie! Will definitely return ☀️:)

Very happy with the stay! The place was cozy, the lanai was incredible, and all the spaces were nicely organized. Would have liked a fan on the lanai, as it was quite hot, and maybe a small oven would have been useful. Other than that, it was a great stay. The area was extremely quiet, which was great.

Natalie and David are great hosts! Very quick response time and very accomodating. Their condo is updated, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bridge to Manasota Key is about 5 minutes away. Blind Pass is less than 15 minutes but there is another beach 2 minutes from the bridge. Publix, 711, Aldi (coming soon), Taco Bell, McDonalds, Mama's Italian Restaurant (don't skip this place!), Starbucks, Marco's, Walmart, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and plenty more are all within a 5-7 minute drive. This is a prime location but set back from the main road so you aren't subjected to the sounds of traffic all day. The condo is in a quiet little complex with a big pool and lots of seating/umbrellas. The screened in porch at the condo is big with a table and plenty of seating and had a slider to the master suite. We loved spending our nights out there with snacks just enjoying the weather. David and Natalie's Palm Manor Home - highly recommend!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. The hosts thought of every detail. We flew to Englewood so it was a plus to have umbrella and chairs for the beach. Would love to stay there again!

This is our 5th time staying here, and the place and location speak for itself. The one thing that takes this place over the top in our opinion is the amazing and friendly hosts, Honestly they have treated us like family and made sure our stay has been amazing and safe. We were there for hurricane Helene and they made sure we were taken care of the whole time. I can’t thank them enough, including Vince who is always on top of everything. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Had a great stay and beautiful peaceful private beach! I will say make sure you bring your own beach chair and umbrella. It’s stated they have some but I think other guested used them all.

Our stay was exactly what we wanted. Our host, Evan, was great and quick with any questions we had. The condo was located very close to Siesta Key Beach, and we didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get to anything that we wanted to around that area, some things even within walking distance. Everything we could have possibly wanted was provided in our home, which really made the week stress-free. We would definitely stay here again!

Lisa & Chris’s condo on Little Gasparilla Island is such a peaceful vacation. The condo is spotless. The beach is a wonderful place for long uncrowded walks. Sights of Manatees in the surf, fossilized sharks teeth in the sand & fresh turtle nesting tracks heading into the dunes. Bring lots of groceries over on the ferry when you first arrive. Then, It’s an easy ferry ride to the mainland for groceries to replenish your stocks after 3-4 days. The owners are very responsive and go out of their way to make their guests feel welcomed.

We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats and wildlife. There was a dolphin that swam around the dock. The apartment is very well supplied with everything you need to make your stay relaxing and easy. The pool was very clean although the surrounding area had been damaged with the storm in Oct 24.
