The apartment is located on the 6th floor of in a classic, fully functional 1960s building with a standard elevator. This is a lived-in city home with the architectural character of its era, not a sterile, newly built luxury hotel. We love hosting independent, relaxed travellers who appreciate local charm. If you are looking for flawlessness, I respectfully ask that you book elsewhere. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only, but I kindly request that you take the horrible butts with you and stick them in the trash chute. Because we are right on the lakes in the middle of Copenhagen, the balcony experiences standard city air and dust. Local spiders can spin a new outdoor web in a matter of minutes. If the sight of a spiderweb outside ruins your holiday, this is not the property for you.

Fridfullt och centralt boende med trädgård som en egen oas. Centrum och centralstation nås på 5 min, stranden på 12 min med cykel. Endast 15 min till Näset, 25 min till Falsterbo och Malmö. Huset är 135 kvm inkl. källarplan med bastu, biljard och relax. Ett sovrum (familjesäng och 2 bäddsoffor som bäddas ut till dubbelsängar). Ett badrum och en toalett. Pool april–oktober. Under sommaren ansvarar gäster även för lättare skötsel av trädgård, pool och vattning av blommor. Huskatten chilli finns

Din familie vil være tæt på alt, når I bor i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Beliggende på stille villavej med kun 4 min. gang til metro - som på bare 12 min tager jer til Kbh k, 4 min. gang til indkøb og Fields, 10 min. gang til naturskønne Amager Fælled. Villaen har en lækker have med pool og spa samt grill. Skal I opleve København og samtidig trække jer tilbage i rolige omgivelser når byen er blevet udforsket er dette den helt rigtige ejendom.
