Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. Enjoy our freshly renovated 3-bedroom apartment in the heart of Churwalden, featuring a living room with kitchen, 2 modern bathrooms (one with a sauna), and outdoor parking. Centrally located on the 3rd floor, it's just a 10-minute walk to the Lenzerheide ski lift, major shops like Coop and Migros, the Rodelbahn, and restaurants. Activities include skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk away. Amenities include ski storage in the cellar and a washing machine.

Alpen Retreat - Chalet in Malix

Welcome to the Alpine Retreat on Chur's local mountain "Brambrüesch" your gateway to the majestic Swiss Alps, designed for up to 8 guests. Nestled in a region known for its hiking trails, skiing and mountain biking, this chalet offers the ideal base for adventure and relaxation. Inside you will find a cozy atmosphere with 5 comfortable beds, and two bathrooms, one of which includes a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

Spacious, family-friendly house (200 m²) on the Walenstadtberg with a fantastic view of the Swiss mountains and the valley. The entire house is exclusively available to our guests. Eight individually designed bedrooms, an open kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge, a terrace, a private fitness room and a sauna ensure a relaxing stay. Ideal for families, groups and friends. Reservation for a minimum of three paying persons.

3.5 rooms for sports & recreation (family-friendly)

The family-friendly 75 sqm (3.5 rooms) ground floor apartment is located on the outskirts of Churwalden. The pretty Grisons village, the entry portal to the Arosa-Lenzerheide ski resort. The place has a spectacular summer toboggan run. The center with shopping, outdoor pool / ice rink, as well as all lift stations are within 10 minutes' walk. The return trip from the slopes to the house is possible by skis or bus.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.

Luxurious Castle for your romantic holiday

Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

The middle apartment of the Alphüttli offers a large balcony with views of the mountains. It is generously furnished and can be combined with the Jägerstübli. This means that up to 10 guests (including 2 sofa beds). (In February, only bookable from Saturday to Saturday)

The most popular mountain bike trails start right on our doorstep. Close-by ski resorts include Flims - Laax, also Lenzerheide and Arosa. From Tamins, the slopes are easily accessible by public transport. Create memories in this family-friendly place!
