We are located close to the beach and parks. Family house with multiple accommodation units. Each unit has its own bedroom, kitchen with living room, bathroom and terrace or balcony. Some of the units have sea views and some have garden views. It is also possible for families with children to stay, extra beds for children are located within the living rooms. Below our house there is a park with a beach and a children's playground. When you want peace in our yard, there is also a place to relax.

Apartment Tea is spacious and very comfortable studio, situated at the very center of Malinska, but being sheltered from the streets, it offers privacy. You can enjoy your mornings or calm sunsets at the big 20m2 terrace, with the sea view. The nearest beaches, bars, restaurants, market places or sea promenade are only 3 min walk from the house. The house has a private parking in the frontyard, and bike storage free of charge for our guests. The courtyard has grill and benches available.

The property is surrounded by greenery, with a barbecue and the parking in the yard. Apartment is situated on the 2nd floor with a balcony and a beautifull sea view.
