Townhome vacation rentals in Madeira

The Funchalet is a really fun apartment! We stayed with our two kids and it had everything we could need during our stay. Well-equipped kitchen for those planning to cook some meals. It is a great location, right in the middle of pedestrian streets in the center of Funchal. Very easy to get to all city attractions. Also close to rental cars for trips around the island. We were grateful for all the little things - umbrellas for use, plenty of electrical outlets, a large drying rack for laundry, and a toilet on each floor! Note that the stairs would be scary if you have young kids (which is clearly stated in the listing). Ours are aged 8 and 10, so no worries for us. Our kids were enamored with the art studio and private balcony on the top level :-). The beds were comfy and the host was very responsive. We would happily stay there again!

Minha experiência na Madeira foi ainda mais especial graças à hospitalidade e atenção do senhor ArviL. The stay here was great! Fernanda, who welcomed us is super kind and always helpful with everything. The house is in a nice location, quiet but very close to the city center (5 min walk) with all the shops and restaurants/ cafes. I can recommend staying here and would come back at any time :)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Sonja ! Tout y est, tout est propre, tout est neuf ! Franchement, le logement est impeccable. Bien situé a proximité de la rue Santa Maria et ses bars et restaurants. Sonja a été réactivité et accueillante. Les instructions sont claires. Nous vous recommandons ce logement sans problème

Tout était parfait je me sentais comme chez moi ! logement tout à fait comme décrit avec du confort TV 1 chambre 2 personne et 1 chambre avec 2 lit 1 personne cuisine equipé manque peu être un four ! la machine à laver était bien présente je n'ai pas vu Nuno mais il était joignable H24 et a répondu à plusieurs de mes demandes maison dragonnière 2 magnifique. je recommande tout de même un véhicule si vous voulez pouvoir accéder au centre-ville et toutes ces belles plages aux alentour rapidement , j'ai adoré mon séjour j'ai adoré cette île et j'ai adoré mon hôte qui a été hyper disponible même si je ne l´ai pas rencontré personnellement les consignes données à l'arrivée et au départ ce sont très bien passé et Nuno était joignable à tout moment je conseille fortement

Pobyt był fantastyczny! przepiękny widok z tarasu, doskonale urządzona kuchnia i sypialnie. Polecam otwierać okno w łazience w sypialni podczas kąpieli - można obserwować dużo samolotów podchodzących do lądowania :)

Simplesmente amamos ficar hospedados na casa da Natasha!!! Ambiente aconchegante, vizinhança tranquila para dormir, cozinha bem estruturada, e varanda super gostosa pra tomar o cafezinho da manhã. A praia, além de deliciosa, fica a 5 minutos de caminhada, além de ter estrutura com duchas e casas de banho. Tem opções de restaurantes a poucos minutos de caminhada e o centro da cidade também bem próximo! Cada detalhe da casa é pensado para oferecer muito aconchego para os hóspedes! Nossas férias foram perfeitas porque pudemos levar nosso filho Pet 🐶 junto, e que por sinal amou a casa e a praia 😄, porque a estadia foi deliciosamente aconchegante, e a Natasha foi extremamente atenciosa em todos os processos!🌼 Agradeço muito a oportunidade, querida!🌸 Voltaremos, com certeza!🤍✨🤍

Very cozy, clean and comfortable accommodation. Easy to get in, great communication with the rental company. The only one disappointment was that it was very close to the airport and take off line. So it was too noisy from early morning till late evening, as almost every 5 minutes the planes were taking off. And also Neighbourhood dogs barking loudly under bedroom windows. So in 7 days holidays was not possible to sleep and rest properly. The rest, great accommodation with everything necessary.

Belle chambre grande et très propres. Épicerie facilement accessible et très belles cuisine et salle à manger.

This is perfect place to enjoy beautiful island. The wonderful beatch is front of the house. The house has everything for life. The kitchen is very well equipped with devices and appliances. So it is very convenient to cook. The two spacious bathrooms also have everything. the house has good ventilation. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is wonderful. The only one drawback is that the house is by the road and it can be noisy, but you get used to it over time.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Susanna. Logement typique, fonctionnel (avec tous les équipements utiles) et propre. À noter que l’accès en voiture de l’appartement n’est possible que par le bas de rue, et à pieds par le haut car rue en travaux (extension canalisations cause constructions), fort dénivelé pour remonter aux 2 parkings où nous nous sommes garés sans difficultés tous les jours. Réveil avec le chant des oiseaux, belle piscine et végétation luxuriante (magnifiques bougainvillées 😍), salades, bananes qui poussent dans le jardin et qui nous ont été gracieusement proposées 😋, ainsi qu’un panier de fruits frais et d’une bouteille de vin de Madère de bienvenue. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison 🤗. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement d’ailleurs très plébiscité ☺️.

Der Aufenthalt in Susannas wunderschöner Ferienwohnung war alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Susanna selbst stand uns gerne mit Rat und Ausflugstipps zur Seite. Das Highlight für die Kinder war mit Sicherheit der Pool. Von der Wohnung aus gelangt man innerhalb weniger Minuten zu verschiedenen Restaurants, kleinen Supermärkten und einem Frühstückscafé. In die Stadt selbst kann man in ca. 20 Minuten spazieren, günstig mit dem Taxi oder dem Bus fahren. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It was a very nice stay; the house is in the center od Funchal; you can get to some of the cities attractions by foot; the stores are also near and a nice hamburger restaurant is a block away. The house is quite big, it's tidy and clean, the kitchen is well equipped. Everything looks like on the photos. There was a good contact with the owners. It was a good deal for this price.

Beautiful new spacious house. Modern decor and appliances. Well stocked kitchen with Nespresso machine and milk frother which made great coffees. Looked just like the pictures. Restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Only about 20 minutes from Funchal. Location on the island was great, very central to most of the attractions.

nous avons passé un superbe séjour à Madère , le logement était parfaitement situé et très bien équipé . nous n avons manqué de rien. Nos hôtes ont étaient plus que bienveillants et accueillants avec nous, ils ont pu nous recommander les lieux à visiter ainsi que les bons plans. C est sur si un jour nous revenons à Madère nous penserons à Dilia et Alexandre sans hésitation .

Tatiana a été un hôte réactif et avenant. La maison est propre, bien équipée, très bien située et la cerise sur le gâteau : les deux terrasses avec la vue sur la mer et la montagne à couper le souffle ! On a aussi apprécié la gentille attention du cadeau de bienvenue et le calme du quartier environnant. C'est un sans faute !

Accueil parfait même au delà ♥️ Arrangeante, Maria est une perle adorable. J’ai failli ne pas pouvoir profiter de ce court séjour - encore merci Maria ! À quelques minutes de la plage à pieds, cette petite maison est parfaite tout comme son hôtesse. Je vous conseil le restaurant Forno à moins de 10 minutes à pieds (1 dose Espetada suffit pour 2😉) et le mercado velho en centre ville. Nous reviendrons pour l’île et Maria ♥️🐈‍⬛

A nossa estadia foi excelente! Desde o início, o anfitrião foi extremamente simpático e prestável. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo seu contacto e, ainda antes da chegada, forneceu-nos todas as informações necessárias para uma estadia perfeita na ilha, desde sugestões de restaurantes, meios de transporte e pontos de interesse. A casa está equipada com tudo o que é necessário para uma família com crianças e situa-se numa zona muito tranquila, com mercearia, pastelaria, restaurantes e praia a 5 minutos a pé. Quando o nosso voo foi cancelado, o anfitrião prontamente se disponibilizou para ajudar, o que fez toda a diferença. Certamente voltaremos e recomendamos vivamente esta experiência!

Maura est une hôte attentionnée. La maison correspond aux photos. 1 sdb à l’étage pour 3 chambres. 1 salle d’eau au RDC partiellement ouverte sur la cuisine. Agréable patio (on entend l’aération de restaurant de la rue à l’arrière). Le wifi est poussif et saute régulièrement. Place de parking très pratique. Appartement charmant et propre et bien équipé avec une décoration simple et authentique. Nous y avons apprécié notre séjour.

Clean and affordable apartment near the airfield. Host is friendly and responds quickly and helpfully. City centre is walkable from the apartment.

A week that was comfortable like my home. The surroundings were quiet and the kitchen facilities were excellent. The balcony made the space feel more spacious and it was comfortable because there were 3 bathrooms. I recommend this place to those traveling to Madeira with family or friends. It is perfect for 5 people. Two double bed rooms. One twin room. Sofa in the living room.

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e comoda alla spiaggia, Maria è stata gentilissima ad accoglierci prima dell'orario di check-in e molto ospitale. La camera era pulita e ordinata oltre ad avere un mini frigo con acqua e succo di frutta in omaggio. Soggiorno piacevole e prezzo assolutamente adatto a quanto offerto.

Incredible 2 floors big house with parking. Michelle was friendly and supportive. When we had a problem with coffe machine she gave us her own machine - thank you! It was really amazing stay! P. S. We had little misunderstanding after check out with hosts about damaged doors. We were suprised that they thought that we made it. In fact it had some problem with doorknob before we had came. It looked like a loose doorknob, which happens to doors from time to time. I don't think the hosts were trying to trick us. Probably just didn't notice it before. Despite this incident I give 5 stars and recommend this house. Just let the owners know if you notice any malfunction. Michelle, thank you for your warm welcome.
