One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The holiday apartment "Adults Only Wasserfall Hegedex" is located in Fundres/Pfunders and boasts an exciting Alpine view directly from the premises. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Large cozy traditional apartment on the first floor in the mountains. 1 min walk to the bus (ski bus in winter) and by bus you can reach 2 ski resorts within 5-10 min (Kronplatz 30 min). Families or groups of friends are always welcome, we have a beautiful garden and a beautiful view of the mountains. Sights easily accessible by bus (Burgtaufers, Nativity Museum, Mining Museum, Climate Tunnel, Mineral Museum...) and there are also many hiking trails that we recommend

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

The holiday apartment 'Zum Sonnentor - Larix 2' is located in Lutago/Luttach and impresses guests with its view of the mountains. The 40m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV. Baby cots and high chairs are available upon request.

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).
