L'edificio è stato ristrutturato fedelmente, conservando la corte interna dalla quale, la sera, si può ammirare il cielo stellato. E' a 7 km dalla costa e vicino a località rinomate come Capo Comino o Berchida. E' ben collegata con la ss 131. E' l'ideale per chi vuole esplorare l'isola e tornare a casa in un ambiente rilassante, autentico e fuori dal caos del turismo di massa.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft sehr genossen! Der Check-in war dank der klaren und hilfreichen Anweisungen ganz unkompliziert. Die Unterkunft war in einem sehr guten und sauberen Zustand – besonders das Badezimmer war modern und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück gut und auch für Gäste mit glutenfreier Ernährung gut geeignet. Die Kuchen waren besonders köstlich ! Im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, in dem man alles Notwendige einkaufen kann. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich eine Pizzeria – wir haben dort zwar nicht gegessen, aber andere Gäste haben uns gesagt, dass sie sehr gut sein soll. Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 45 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Hafen in Olbia entfernt, und der nächste Strand ist in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Insgesamt ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt – wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

schöner Aufenthalt, gute Kommunikation, Videos wurden zugestellt damit die Unterkunft einfach zu finden war. Check Out konnte verlängert werden was wir sehr geschätzt haben. Unterkunft wie auf den Fotos, ganz in der Nähe war ein schöner Sandstrand der zu Fuss erreichbar war

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen & ruhigen Aufenthalt in Pieras Unterkunft. Der kleine Garten mit Tor und schattigem Platz unter dem Olivenbaum ist ideal für kleine Kinder. Und der Ausblick am Morgen auf Monte Tuttavista ist einfach mega ☺️ wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt bei Andrea & Lulu. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von den beiden und Ciocco & Pasqualina (den süßen Hunden) begrüßt. Die Unterkunft ist toll gelegen. Ganz ruhig und mit einem riesigen schön bewachsenem Grundstück umgeben, dass Ciocco uns gezeigt hat ☺️. Unser Zimmer war perfekt, wir hatten Kaffee, Tee und leckere Kekse. Eine Flasche Wein stand auch zur Begrüßung da. Wir haben tolle Empfehlungen für die Umgebung bekommen, die wir dankend angenommen haben und um Posada herum gab es einiges schönes zu sehen und zu unternehmen. Die Nachmittage zwischen unseren Unternehmungen haben wir auch gerne mit Ciocco in dem wunderschönen Garten der beiden verbracht haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. 💖

Lorenzo è stato cordiale e disponibile dal primo momento. È stato possibile effettuare il check in (previo avviso com congruo anticipo) anche fuori dall'orario preposto. L'appartamento era perfetto e vivibile, molto vicino alle spiagge. Tutti gli ambienti erano molto puliti e gli elettrodomestici erano in ottime condizioni. Menzione speciale anche a Carmine, vicino di casa che ci ha aiutato durante il nostro soggiorno e ci ha fornito utilissimi consigli per la vacanza dimostrandosi amichevole e cordiale. In conclusione ottima esperienza sia per la casa che per gli Host.

Es hat alles super easy geklappt mit Angelo und die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen Urlaub auf Sardinien. Supermarkt ist direkt in der Nähe und man kann gute Tagesaausflüge an der Küste machen, wenn man sich ein Auto mietet. In der Nähe sind einige super schöne Strände :)
