Stay on a farm in Skåne - Villa Mandelgren

Stay cozy and peaceful in an old half-timbered house from the 1800s. The location is rural with animals and nature just outside the door but at the same time close to the city, restaurants, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and beach/swimming. Here you live quietly and spaciously in about 120 sqm with 2 bedrooms, kitchen, large living room with sofa, TV and dining area as well as bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine & dryer. Next to the house is a leafy, private patio with barbecue right next to pastures with sheep and horses. You can park your car just outside.

Guesthouse of approx. 50 sq.m (538 sq. ft), a few kilometers outside Ystad. Here you live quietly and peacefully right next to the fields in a farm environment. Outside the patio door, there is a private patio facing south. Car can be parked right outside the house. In the house there is a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180cm) and in the sleeping loft, which is reached by a step ladder, there are two single beds (90cm x 2). Cot is available to borrow. The bike path will take you all the way to Ystad (about 7 km to the city center), there are bikes to borrow.

Wonderful accommodation in the middle of Skåne

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of space. Beautiful forests with a rich animal and bird life. Only 3 km to the swimming area. Close to many of the Skåne castles. 10 km to the nearest urban area. Also the sea is close: 35 min to Ystad, 45 min to Malmö. Sjöbo Golf Club (18 holes) is just 12 minutes away. We also have Rönås Byakrog serving Danish pork roast with red cabbage every Friday 7 minutes from here. In the village there is a charming farm shop where you can buy lambskin, marmalades and chutney.

At Öresund

Now you have the chance to relax and enjoy a fantastic location just 25 meters from the beach. You get a stunning 180-degree view of Öresund, Ven and Denmark. Skåneleden passes outside the window and leads to restaurants, swimming, golf course and Landskrona city center. You will stay in a nice newly renovated room with a small kitchen and private bathroom. In the room, there is a comfortable double bed and, if necessary, access to a guest bed for a larger child and a travel bed for a smaller child.

Veberöd is located in the middle of southern Skåne, so it is close to Österlen, Ystad, Copenhagen, Malmö and most of it actually!

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The water heater provides about 50 liters, which is equivalent to a roughly 7-minute shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cabin is best suited for one person (hot water), but it can also accommodate two guests.

In the middle of the fields, within cycling distance from Lund city center, is this peaceful newly-renovated apartment, overlooking fields and gardens. Bus within walking distance takes you to Lund city center. Nearby Stora Råby has a church, lunch restaurant and Friday pub. The accommodation is sunny, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Ålabodarna Seaside is a wonderful small house right by the sea in the picturesque fishing village south of Helsingborg. Here the house sits beautifully nestled between the castle Örenäs Slott and the harbour with the sea on your doorstep. The amazing views stretches across to Ven and Denmark and all the way to the Öresund bridge on a clear day. Fancy a bite? There are two restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance.

Good bus connections near the property. Suitable for both short and long stays.
