The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat control on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

We spent three wonderful days in the little red house, right on the Baltic Sea. It was very tastefully decorated, cozy and clean. From the bed we had a fantastic view of the snowy landscape and the frozen Baltic Sea. A small path also leads to a barrel sauna with direct views of the sea. Since the owners arrived on the last day of our stay, we were able to get to know them. They were totally warm and provided us with tips for our onward journey. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Great stay in Lapland! The accommodation was perfect, the fireplace is a real plus! The morning view is beautiful! Richard is very responsive! We were able to enjoy the northern lights and Lulea is very close by car! If you want a real change of scenery and rest, the accommodation is perfect. 😊 I recommend it without hesitation! We had 5 nights at Karin's house. We are two adults and two children ages 8 and 10. The house is very cozy and was a perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the beautiful winter landscape and the frozen fjord. The house is not far from Luleå, but you have to get out of some small road with limited speed, so it takes about 25 minutes. The drive is very beautiful through the winter forest, and the road was nicely cleared while we were there. Karin is very flexible and accommodating, and we got really good information both before and after check out.

If there was a higher 5 star rating this place would have that rating. Thank you Fredrik and Anna for a fantastic stay in your beautiful home. It was a family Christmas for us to remember with a tree, lights and decorations all set up for the Christmas season. It was very warm and welcoming. This home is very spacious with a large relaxing area for adults and a toddler. This spacious layout allows for privacy and sleeping away from the living area where you can enjoy each others company. The beautiful kitchen is top notch and fully equipped. The sauna was a family highlight and enjoyed by all. The home is spacious, clean and exactly as posted in photos. A large driveway allows to park 2 vehicles. The location is a short easy drive to city center, grocery shopping and amenities. Our family couldn't have found a more accommodating home and hosts. Fredrik and Anna were absolutely wonderful. We would highly recommend this first class accommodation. Thanks

I had a wonderful stay at Lina’s place! The house was perfect , spacious, clean, and equipped with everything i needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood , in a small village named Kåge , yet very close to the supermarket and Skellefteå town where you can find everything, which made everything so convenient. Lina was always available, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. Everything was just perfect, and I’ll definitely be returning to her place in the future! Thanks Lina for everything

We stayed before at Daniel's house, now we got back because it is a very nice place, very cozy, we feel just like home, everything is very clean, fully eqquipped with everything, and Daniel is the best host, very communicative and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Luleå! First of all, the communiamcarion with Lubomir was super easy: he responded quickly, comprehensive and kindly before and during our stay! When we arrived the place was cozyand clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the location is perfect — close to a bus stop with a bus that departs almost every 10 minutes until 6 pm, yet in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There is also a river next by from which we could see Aurora perfectly! Lubomir was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Luleå, Gammelstad and its surroundings. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!
