Kitchen utensils, microwave and electric kettle. Bath towels are NOT included, so the guest must bring them. Bed linen is available. Free panoramic views to the north over the sea provide very good opportunities to see the Northern Lights directly from the wooden deck at the entrance. The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-fired stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Close by you have forest walks, the ice road, cross country and down hill skiing, bath house, as well as easy access to a new grocery store, as well as restaurants and entertainment in the city center.
