Good opportunities to see the Northern Lights, the outdoor lighting can be turned off completely if you do not want to get light sources that disturb the view of the sky. Access to wood-burning sauna. Indoor fireplace for coziness. The forest in direct vicinity for, for example, forest skiing trips or hiking in autumn. Rich wildlife with the opportunity to see, among other things, wild mammals and birds of prey. In summer, two kayaks can be rented.

Welcome to a cozy renovated house in Kusmark, built in 1996 with quiet and secluded location right on the edge of the forest. The house is less than 20 minutes away, the house is less than 20 minutes' drive away. It is located near Kågeälven which has a wild stock of salmon, trout and harr. There are many nice paths and forest roads for those who want to exercise or just enjoy beautiful nature. You as a guest have the entire place to yourself, it is not shared with anyone outside of your reservation.

The house is in a very calm area, very close to a grocery store, A large living room with an indoor fireplace and a big TV screen, free Netflix, HBO, Disney and of course many other applications in smart TV. A fully equipped kitchen with a new stove, dishwasher, and all equipment you need. Three bedrooms, two with king size beds. A large terrace and BBQ place. A rental car can be available.

Centrally located villa in Öjebyn, near Piteå

This house is located very close to most things you need such as restaurants, grocery stores, bakery, bathhouse and some small shops. By bus, car or bicycle you can get to the center of Piteå very easy. Only a stone's throw away there is the historically part of the church and the old church town. Within 350 meters there is a restaurant called Paltzerian were you can find the famous Palt which is a local delicacy. The house itself is newly renovated inside and pictures will be updated shortly.

Villa by the forest

With forrest behind, and meadow beside, this is as close to nature you can get and still be near bus stop and food store, 1 & 10 min walks. Yes, you can see the northen ligths, but thats mostly up to weather and luck anyway. In winter, elks may be eating from garden trees, mostly at dusk or dawn. Two extra beds can be supplied, six persons can comfortably live in this large house. This is a home, not a hotel. Please leave it as you found it, clean. Please read the extra house rules first!

Newly built villa close to nature

Relax in this peaceful space. Here you will find a secluded location with nature right next door. Listen to the silence and with a little luck you will see the northern lights that are relatively common. Since there are no street lights, both northern lights and moonlight will be impactful. At the same time, it is 10 minutes by car to central Piteå. The house is of a high standard because it is newly built. Since the house is for sale, we would like to ask our guests to avoid wear and tear.

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
