Liten men trivsam altan under tak finns med plats för bord och 2-3 stolar. Intill altanen finns dusch och wc.Du har stugan för dig själv! Badstrand finns på Sandnäsudden (ca 1 km). The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

This is a comfortable modern house in the nature overlooking a beautiful calm river Luleälv. Panorama windows, large terrace with views and lots of light. Calm beautiful area less than 1 hour from higher mountains and 10 minutes in car for shops. Very private perfect for nature excursions, kayak, skiing, cross country or slalom or just relaxing in the middle of the nature and enjoying wildlife and nature. It´s a dream from children and safe, also perfect for well behaved dogs.

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

Oavsett om du söker stillheten vid vattnet eller spänningen i norrlandsterrängen, har du hittat rätt.

The Cube

På denna lilla ö är naturen och havet i fokus. Här finns inga vägar eller bilar, vilket gör att det råder ett behagligt lugn på ön. Upplev midnattssolen eller norrskenet. Sommartid sker den korta överfarten (400 meter) till ön med liten båt som ingår. Vintertid sker shuttle med snöskoter. Fin havsutsikt. Utomhus finns jacuzzi som håller 38 grader året runt. Det finns även en vedeldad bastu. Är ni 3 eller 4 personer så bor ni även i en separat sovstuga.

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
