The bed might only fit one guest, but there is a very big cofy couch to sleep on if it's too small

Ca 5min promenad till gym och pizzeria. 10min cykelfärd till mataffär, ca 15-20min med cykel till stan. Parkeringsplats finns. Är ni fler än 2 personer finns ytterligare sovplatser att hyra mot avgift. Obs golvkallt vintertid

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. Take a break and unwind in this charming apartment. The apartment is beautifully situated 10 km (6 miles) outside Luleå city center. In a calm area surrounded by meadows and forest. There are many nice walking trails, and in winter, nice snowmobile trails. The apartment has most of what you need. There is a 90-cm bed and a sofa bed with a 140-cm mattress. If needed, an extra mattress can be brought in. Cleaning is done by the host Bedlinen and towels are included.

There is also a toilet with shower and a patio where you can enjoy the view of the Kalix River, which is about 40 meters from the apartment. New for summer 2026! Now there is the possibility to rent an electric bike.

Welcome to this cozy cottage located between Luleå & Boden. The cottage is 50 m2 and can accommodate 1-3 people. In the house, there is a double bed and an extra bed to use if necessary. There is a wood-fired sauna to use as well as an open fireplace. Bedlinen and towels are included. TV can be used by connecting a computer or phone. The bus stop is about 200 meters from the cottage.
