If you are more than 2 people, there are additional sleeping places to rent for a fee. Note: the floor is cold in winter

The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Come and try staying at a real farm! Directly adjacent to the house there are cattle. The ultimate accommodation for those who want to live in the countryside and with animals just around the corner! The house was renovated internally in spring 2023. In the house there are two bedrooms and one large kitchen, sleeping for 6 people one bedroom with one double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed and one pull-out daybed. Nearby is beautifully located swimming lake with playground as well as a cozy farm shop.

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. Take a break and unwind in this charming apartment. The apartment is beautifully situated 10 km (6 miles) outside Luleå city center. In a calm area surrounded by meadows and forest. There are many nice walking trails, and in winter, nice snowmobile trails. The apartment has most of what you need. There is a 90-cm bed and a sofa bed with a 140-cm mattress. If needed, an extra mattress can be brought in. Cleaning is done by the host Bedlinen and towels are included.

In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
