About a 5-minute walk to the gym and pizzeria. 10-minute bike ride to grocery store, about 15-20 minutes by bike to town. Parking space is available. If you are more than 2 people, there are additional sleeping places to rent for a fee. Note: the floor is cold in winter

The outdoor lighting can be turned off for a better experience of the starry sky. Wood-fired stove indoors for comfort. Try a traditional wood-fired sauna. The sea surface freezes in winter, which allows for walks or ski trips on the ice directly from the farm. Rich wildlife with wild mammals and birds of prey.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. Enjoy the lovely nature around the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the sea. Take a ride on the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the sea bath, cozy summer café or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter, there are dog sleds not far from the house. The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 1 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

New renovated house/ cottage where you can enjoy amazing sea view in the Arctic nature, both on holiday or if you work, is it a wonderful place. About 15 minutes from the center of Luleå, about 15 minutes from Luleå airport by car. The house works both summer and winter. You can experience the northern lights in the winter and midnight sun in the summer. High standard, outdoor furniture, fully equipped for self-catering, Wifi, smart TVs , dishwasher , washing machine.  

The outdoor house at Snöberget

Friluftshuset at Snöberget is located at the foot of the Snöberget Nature Reserve and right by the Råneå River. From here, you can enjoy stunning views of the Lapland landscape just outside the house, while also having easy access to activities such as hiking, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and swimming in the summer. This house is also perfect for viewing the northern lights. In addition, we have a very nice barbecue area in the yard, which guests are more than welcome to use.

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.
