Si trova al secondo piano di un immobile del 1800, in zona residenziale molto ben frequentata. All' intero appartamento Sono sempre disponibile per organizzare al meglio la vostra vacanza, suggerimenti su itinerari sul lago o sui monti, prenotazione di barche a noleggio, e ogni informazione che vi permetta di godere al meglio delle bellezze di Como, in casa sulla lavagna magnetica ci saranno sempre aggiornati tutti gli eventi piu belli della città e del lago. L'appartamento è in una zona residenziale tranquilla, vicina alla città murata e poco lontana dal lago. Il quartiere è ben frequentato e molto ben servito quanto a negozi e parcheggi. E a due passi c'è la migliore pasticceria della zona: la Luisita! È perfettamente collegato con i mezzi pubblici

Das Appartement liegt in einer der schönsten, vom Sonnenlicht verwöhnten Gegend von Lugano. Ein 180° Blick verzaubert die Gäste. In 15 Minuten erreicht man auf einem Fussweg See und Zentrum. 500 Meter sind es bis zur Busstation der Linie 2, die zum See und Zentrum fährt. Die 65qm grosse Wohnung besteht aus einem grossen Wohnzimmer mit Balkon zur Seeseite hin. Herrlicher Blick auch vom Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett aus. Küche ist voll ausgestattet, ebenso das völlig neu renovierte Bad mit Dusche.

Il bagno dispone di 1 cabina doccia ampia e di una vasca da bagno. Nel salone open space cucina/salotto ci sono a disposizione la cucina con elettrodomestici di ultima generazione e una stufa a legna che scalda ambiente e anima nelle giornate autunnali e invernali. D’estate invece la grande terrazza viene sfruttata al massimo per aperitivi e bagni di sole.
