The fireplace creates atmosphere on cold days, and the infrared heating provides comfort. From the terrace and through the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can look far over fields covered with hoarfrost. Great for slowing down.

Here, the clocks tick a little slower: Our lovingly renovated half-timbered house is located on the outskirts of Sumte, surrounded by meadows, fields and the unique landscape of the Elbe floodplain. Look forward to sunsets from the terrace, relaxing hours in the garden sauna and plenty of space for spending time with friends or family. The Elbe, Lake Sumter and numerous bike paths are only minutes away. If you like, you can discover the Elbe floodplain on an alpaca walk with our neighbor.

The bathroom has everything a guest could ask for in a vacation apartment. Thanks to wide doors, a threshold-free shower and the location on the ground floor of the "Old Sawmill," great importance has been attached to accessibility both in the apartment and outside. A cozy wooden terrace invites you to linger outdoors.

The guest house is very cozy and stylish with many details, such as furniture, windows, etc., which have been designed and built in individual production and with a lot of love for detail. You can walk to the Elbe in the nature reserve in 5 minutes and to the city center with shops and restaurants in 2 minutes. On the Elbe bike trail you can see storks and sea eagles or you can simply enjoy the sunset overlooking the walnut tree.

The 35 sqm, modernly furnished living area and the large, covered terrace invite you to relax - no matter the weather. The surroundings have many different activities available. The house is in a small tiny house park. However, the rental is offered and carried out by us privately and on our own.
