House vacation rentals in Luco dei Marsi

Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

As a group of 7 friends we had a great time at Raffaella's place. The private villa with the private pool provided us with a good amount of privacy and we could have a great time together, undisturbed. The place is clean with good amenities. Plenty of space to hang out, both inside and outside. Raffaella was super helpful, providing us answers to all of our questions as we've never been in the area before. We can totally recommend her place for a good relaxing time in the Abruzzo area, about 40 minutes drive from the Abruzzo airport. Make sure you rent a car, otherwise the logistics of getting here might be complicated.

We had a great time at this villa. Clean rooms and bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen. Terrace with a pool and a breathtaking panoramic view of the Roman hills. Great location to spend a vacation with family and friends. Edoardo was very nice and available to our requests.

We stayed at this fantastic villa for two nights, Friday - Sunday. The host was immediately available and thorough to answer any of our questions. When we arrived we found ourselves in a beautiful villa, clean, modern and within reach of everyone. Carlos and his wife immediately made us feel at ease, explaining the simple little house rules. Never intrusive but always ready in time of need!! We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property in Monteleone for our first trip to Italy. The home was perfectly situated, with breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, even more stunning than the photos. The property itself was peaceful, well maintained, and a perfect place to relax after exploring nearby towns. Giacomo and his family were very warm and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches around the home that made it feel cozy and authentic. Special thanks to Giacomo for helping to arrange the return of an item we left behind. Highly recommend!

Carmine and his wife were wonderful, attentive hosts and the apartment was beautiful. We felt we had good privacy, even through there are other apartments nearby. We met some wonderful people while staying there- good enough to exchange phone numbers to stay in touch! And I highly recommend L’Angola e La Luna for a romantic dinner nearby. The bed was super comfortable, and the little touches—like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations—made it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect: quiet and safe, but still close to restaurants, shops, and grocery stores .Communication with the host was easy and prompt—they were friendly, helpful, and clearly cared about making my stay as smooth as possible. We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. Antonella is a wonderful host. Friendly, helpful and proactive. Checkin was easy and punctual considering it was Easter Sunday. Antonella managed to secure us a favorable rate for a car rental at Ciotti Car Rental and was instrumental in helping us print our tickets to local sites and offering advice on local attractions. This rental is exactly as pictured. Clean, quiet and has everything you need for your stay. The sun room is an added bonus which we used daily. The grounds are private, quiet and picturesque. We would definitely stay here again. This location is not really walkable as the local roads do not have a shoulder to walk on and traffic zooms by at very high speeds. If you are going to stay here I highly recommend a car rental. Overall our stay was absolutely fabulous thanks in a big part to a wonderful host.

This is a traditional Italian house that fits in with the quiet and clean natural environment.

Staying here was wonderful and is exactly how it's shown in the pictures. The place was very clean and we enjoyed the space. The town was nice to walk around at night and was very quiet and we got great sleep. You can really see the time and effort the host put into the place.

Wonderful experience! Valentino's house goes far beyond expectations. Clean, tidy, elegant and complete with everything. Too bad we only spent one night there, we will definitely be back. If you want to spend romantic days of total relaxation, Valentino's house is perfect.

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

Good and clean apartment near Sulmona. Very quiet. Everything works fine except wifi is a bit spotty and slow. Host very responsive.

The house was very comfortable. Spacious and functional. Host available. Pease is lively and very nice, with interesting restaurants, pubs and hiking trails. Worth visiting because it deserves it.

Lovely apartment in a quiet little village just a few minutes away from the motorway. We used it as a break between Ravenna and Naples but had we known that it was such a nice place we would have spent two nights here and explored the area. Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply.
