Casa Martin è ottima per passare il proprio tempo fuori dal caos cittadino.... Immersa nel verde, distante dalle strade urbane e quindi con totale assenza di rumori esterni, con ampio spazio verde intorno alla casa e una fantastica vista sul gran sasso e tutta la zona alle sue pendici. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 persone per quattro giorni come fossimo a casa nostra, cucina spaziosa completa di tutto dal forno alla lavastoviglie, i riscaldamenti super funzionanti non hanno fatto percepire il freddo esterno. Il proprietario ci ha inviato tutto quel che c'era da sapere sulla casa e su come gestirla con un pratico pdf che spiegava tutto, anche come arrivare alla casa stessa.. Ottima Esperienza... La consiglio!

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Très belle propriété située au calme, spacieuse pouvant accueillir un grand groupe d amis ou famille. Très propre et à proximité de toutes les commodités. Une voiture est nécessaire pour pouvoir se deplacer. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour chez Raffaella.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

Traumhaft schöne Lage in den Bergen, schöner Pool und gute funktionelle Einrichtung. Man muss sich nur im klaren sein, dass es ein sehr ruhiger Ort ist und man für Ausflüge oder Ähnliches min. 30 min bis 2 Stunden fahren muss was für uns aber völlig ok war. Angelo ist ein toller Gastgeber, wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We are still in awe! The place! The atmosphere there! The hosts! We would like to especially thank Gino & Teresa for being sooo welcoming and helpful and helping us have the real authentic Abruzzo experience! They gave us everything we needed for the baby. The place was totally private and only for us, could enjoy being by the pool and enjoy the view to the max. The house is also absolutely beautiful! So simplistic yet well equipped and spotlessly clean! Only felt that a console table of some sort was a bit missing from the entry (to put our keys and small bags and stuff), and also a small table by the pool would have been really handy 😄 Otherwise, really, everything was spot on perfect! It’s like a dream being there! And the outside kitchen area with real stone sink and barbecue area… fantastic! And ohh the donkeys! Our baby loved watching them ☺️ Definitely recommend the place & the hosts! Loved it!

Alessandra si è rivelata da subito un’host attenta e reattiva: la comunicazione con lei è stata sempre veloce, chiara ed efficace. Grazie alle indicazioni precise che ci ha fornito, abbiamo raggiunto la casa senza alcun problema. Lo spazio a disposizione rispecchia perfettamente le foto e le aspettative: interni ordinati, puliti e accoglienti. Ma il vero punto forte è senza dubbio l’esterno, con una vista mozzafiato sulle colline pescaresi e sul mare. Il giardino è curato e ben attrezzato, con piscina, barbecue e perfino un forno a legna, ideale per godersi appieno il soggiorno. La disponibilità e la gentilezza degli host rappresentano un valore aggiunto che rende questo posto ancora più speciale. Un’esperienza che consigliamo vivamente!

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

Tina è stata sempre disponibile e reattiva. Ci ha fatto sentire a casa nostra con tanto di consigli sulla zona. L’appartamento è situato in una zona tranquilla immersa nel verde, ottimo per chi cerca un appoggio per le attività intorno. Consigliatissimo

The accommodation was perfect, great location, close to walks, activities, historic sites and shops. There is a lakeside bar a short walk away. Views from the house looking out to Lake Scanno and the mountains are spectacular! Great hosts, very responsive. L’alloggio si trova poco distante dal centro di Sulmona, circondato da un bellissimo giardino con vari animali da fattoria nelle vicinanze. Impeccabile nella pulizia e dotato di ogni comfort. Molto silenzioso e con una vista eccezionale. Punto strategico per visitare tutte le bellezze del territorio. Proprietari davvero discreti e gentilissimi. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo trascorso una vacanza perfetta, ci piacerebbe poterci tornare alla prossima occasione. Posto super raccomandato!

Ottimo alloggio, pulito e confortevole. Esterno attrezzato adatto per le famiglie e host gentile e disponibile. La zona è molto tranquilla (pregio!) Ma per spostarsi serve la macchina

Alloggio ben curato, pulito e fresco nonostante la stagione estiva, un punto di forza è la veranda esterna, ci ritorneremo probabilmente.

La casa era molto comoda. Spaziosa e funzionale. Host disponibile. Pease vissuto e molto carino, con ristoranti, pub e percorsi trekking interessanti. Da visitare perché merita.

Das Haus von Alessio ist etwas ganz besonders. Es hebt sich positiv vom AirBnB Mainstream ab. Das ganze Haus ist liebevoll dekoriert und bestens ausgestattet. Alles ist im perfekten Zustand und sehr geschmackvoll. Ich habe mich sofort zu hause gefühlt. Es wartet auch eine kleine Besonderheit auf einen, die ich hier aber nicht verraten möchte. Das Badezimmer ist hervorragend, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und das Schlafzimmer samt Bett sehr gemütlich. Ein wunderbarer Ort um die wunderschöne Gegend, den Nationalpark und die vielen anderen Attraktionen zu besuchen. Das Dorf ist wunderschön und eine Perle der Abruzzen. Man kann die Geschichte der Mauern förmlich hören und spüren. Ich habe wirklich viel von der Welt bereisen dürfen und dieser Ort und Alessio´s Haus, sind etwas sehr besonderes.

Ho avuto una splendida esperienza con Mirco, gentile e sempre pronto ad esaudire le mie richieste. Ha dovuto attendere il mio arrivo, più volte rimandato per alcuni miei imprevisti. Alimenti per la colazione, abbondanti e per tutti i gusti. Temperatura all'interno della struttura molto gradevole, nonostante all'esterno ci fossero 0°. Bagno perfetto e letto comodo. Esperienza da rinnovare in caso di necessità

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

Soggiorno davvero piacevole nell’appartamento di Maria, su due livelli, pulitissimo, ordinato e molto accogliente. La cucina è ben attrezzata con tutto il necessario (stoviglie, padelle, TV, tovaglioli), e la stufa a pellet scalda perfettamente. L'appartamento è in una zona tranquilla di campagna, perfetto per rilassarsi, e il parcheggio privato è molto comodo. Maria è stata gentilissima e ci ha raccontato anche dei suoi Alpaca, da cui ricava splendidi prodotti artigianali

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It has helped us realize what we truly love and want. We are sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed their time 🫶

La maman de Giulia nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse. L environnement est très agréable avec Un beau jardin et du mobilier adéquat pour s y reposer. Si notre route nous ramène dans cette région nous y reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.
