Vacation rentals with a patio in Louisville

My daughter, and I took a trip to Colorado for a week, and we stayed at Hannah and Travis’s. It was perfect for our liking! It was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Not to mention, it was conveniently close to Denver, and Old Town Arvada. I plan on taking more trips to the Denver area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again! Jeanne’s place is home away from home. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable in her space. Her garden is gorgeous. Her neighborhood is divine. The apartment has more amenities than I have seen in other properties. She offers the whole package. I hope to return someday. 💜

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

This was the second time we have stayed in an Airbnb and it was nice to be able to meet the host. ( it was by coincidence) she was very friendly. The moment we walked in it felt like we were home. I enjoyed reading other people’s comments and seeing where they were from visiting Tamra’s home. would definitely recommend staying here

Jessica was very responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process and during our stay. Would definitely recommend her as a host and her beautiful Arvada home.

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

Mish provided excellent service and reached out proactively both before check-in and a day after check-in to offer any help needed. It was easy to check-in, the place was clean. For the price and proximity to my destination, I would book it again.

We really loved the home. Irina was great to communicate with and very responsive. Loved the coffee options and the attention to details, from the folding of towels to arranging the glasses and dishes perfectly in the cabinets. Our main issue was the fluctuation with the AC in the house. Upstairs (where the majority of the bedrooms are located) remained hot while the basement was freezing. Fans were provided and we opened the windows but it was still very warm upstairs. They have a smart thermostat on the home so I’m sure they have done everything they can to adjust the issue, but for some, including my husband if he had been with us, this would have been an even bigger issue.

The home was lovely and just as pictured! I had some questions and Regan responded immediately! Plenty of places within walking distance. We had a great experience!

What an amazing place! Beautifully appointed and fully decked out with everything we needed. The privacy and views were spectacular — an incredible mountain retreat close to Boulder. We enjoyed the large-screen TVs, comfy furniture, and the hot tub — perfect for unwinding. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet was lightning fast. The kitchen had all the cookware, appliances, and dishes we needed to prepare several dinners. Bathrooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The hosts were incredibly communicative, helpful, and genuinely welcoming — we felt right at home. We loved every second of our stay and couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the home and the surrounding area. The nearby Adventure Golf was a blast and a big hit with our pre-teens. It took us a little while to find the place. The address for the GPS is Broomfield, not Westminster, and there are multiple streets with the same name, which can be confusing, so pack some patience. However, the location was perfect; it was about a 30-minute drive to Denver attractions. The weather was a bit wet, so we were unable to use the backyard and fire pit. The house looked every bit like the pictures, though, and was very comfortable, especially the beds! Thanks, Mark and Jenni, for a great experience!

We greatly enjoyed our long weekend stay in Daniel's container home. It was modern, lovely and fun. Very much as pictured. Beds were comfortable, an assortment of pillows and light blocking drapes in the bedrooms. We could have spent all day gazing at the views from the great room or deck but we had hikes to do and towns nearby to visit. We recommend.

Brad's place is the place to go if your thinking about a getaway in the Mountains. This home is beautiful and all the amenities that it has are awesome. Very peaceful and very quiet place. Brad is very responsive. I 100% recommend Brad's place. I would definitely come back. Thank You Brad!

John was very helpful and accommodating with our large group of 10. His place is an absolute work of art. We enjoyed everything about the place. Had a wonderful relaxing time and felt right at home! Would definitely stay there again !!

Much nicer than staying in a hotel. Residence wasn't super fancy, but as nice as any hotel, and much nicer than having to stay in a hotel. Great location and lots of easy walking things to do.

The place is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The location is convenient with many good restaurants. Caden is very responsive to our needs as the shower's drain was needed attention and it was fixed asap. We really appreciate her help. The shower was great after the fix. I highly recommend this place to others.

Quiet location. Recently updated. Everything was thoughtful and nicely done. High quality appliances. Well equipped dishes and flatware. Super clean. Lots of cozy blankets. Spacious primary bedroom and bathroom. Something to be aware of, the couch and side chairs are low, around 15”, which will appeal to some and can be challenging for others to get in and out of.

Close to trails, restaurants, shops, and anything you would want to do in Boulder, this jewel was comfortable, spacious, and exactly as described. It offers a calm and restful place to stay with a reserved parking space. Exceptionally clean and crisp interior--lovely remodel. Stairs to second floor are steep but were no problem for us. Would stay here the next time we visit and will recommend to others.

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

The place was so nice, great location, and Ji+Ryan were very sweet and understanding!

If you ever need a place to stay in Denver, you must stay at The Disco Den! Every inch of space here is carefully curated to send you back to a time when things were groovy and fun! There are disco balls, vintage glass, vintage furniture… even the colors scheme will take you back to the disco era! It is located in a quiet neighborhood blocks away from downtown Denver. We came to Denver for the Coldplay concert and this was THE perfect spot for us. Thank you to Mid Mod Mike for a wonderfully appointed space to stay during our visit.

Alexandra’s place was exactly what we were looking for! We wanted to stay in a residential neighborhood that had easy access to several Denver neighborhoods but wasn’t necessarily in the hustle at bustle— this totally fit that bill! The home was very comfortable, well-equipped, and safe. We had some iffy weather while in town, but our hosts were very responsive and gave great recommendations for how to spend some rainy Denver evenings.
