Mid/Mod ' Little House' in Old Town Louisville

Lite Haus means little house in Norwegian. But we also named it this because of the sound of, "Light House". We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.

Very comfortable, private studio just three blocks to downtown Louisville downtown restaurants and parks. Peaceful and quiet location ideal for one person or a couple. There is a great outside patio to hang out with a mountain view. Please follow along with the pictures to go from finding the front of the house to park at the end of the alley to the south on Hutchinson near the old buildings. Then make your way down the alley to the back gate.

The space was beautiful, spacious, and very clean! Perfect for a weekend getaway with three girlfriends. We each had our own lovely private space and several cozy common areas to spend time together. The place is easy walking distance from the restaurants and shops of downtown Louisville and also abundant quiet open space. Sara was very kind and responsive, an excellent host! I highly recommend this place!

Perfect spot for a quick stay while traveling through Colorado. Clean, very well stocked, and easily walkable to grocery stores, restaurants and retail. Jon and Randi were very easy to communicate with, and provided great local recommendations. Would 100% stay again!

A modern living area features a comfortable gray seating arrangement with a coffee table at the center. A murphy bed and workstation are neatly integrated into the design. Large glass doors open to the outside, allowing natural light to fill the space.

This was a great Airbnb! It was clean, and they thought of everything to put in there. They were generous with water, coffee, and extra toiletries. They were also flexible in my departure, which helped a lot. It was in a location that was pretty, but also close to Boulder. Thank you for your hospitality!

This is an ideal home base for exploring the Boulder area. The Flatirons and Boulder Canyon are both short drives away. The place was very quiet, and beds were comfortable. My family stayed here for 10 days! We loved the space. Kitchen felt big enough to cook in with two kids running around and also have space to relax in the living room. We loved the outdoor yard for the kids. The walkability was fantastic! Farmers Market on Sunday was our fav. The hosts were super sweet, attentive and easy to communicate with. The beds were really comfy, more than our own at home : ) Great spot!!!
