The Ponderosa is a unique, renovated 1500+ sq. ft., family cottage. Built around an early 1900s tenant house, in 1966. Downstairs: kitchen, dinning room, bedroom, living room, utility room, washer and dryer, half BR, and a full bathroom. Upstairs: full bathroom, sitting room with a futon, sofa, and TV, bedroom with full size bed with pop up trundle, and a day bed with pop up bed. Quiet rural setting. 20 min. to Downtown Lafayette. Small, house trained non-shedding, dog ok, upon pre-approval.

La Solange Honeymoon Cottage, romantic, business

La Solange cottage is on its own private lot. We are close to the airport, churches, shopping, and right off of I-10 and I-49, making it easy to get to wherever you want to be within minutes. Traveling without a vehicle is no issue, Uber is available. The front of our cottage faces Gloria Switch Road, while our back semi- secluded porch faces a wooded area. WiFi is available. We have a Jacuzzi, no shower, king-size bed, 55" Smart TV, kitchenette, sitting area, and a semi-secluded balcony.

Completely renovated in 2016, this 100 year old Cajun Cypress house is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in historic downtown Houma. Walking distance to the park/marina and restaurants. Enjoy sitting on the back porch or deck overlooking the water while watching the many different types of boat traffic go by. The views are awesome! If you want an idea of how Louisiana must have been in years gone by, this is it! Pets have to be approved by me $150 pet fee is added if approved.

This private property has a covered pavilion, screened-in porch, deck and a nice walking area in the woods to see foliage and birds. Great place to get away from it all. Ample parking. Nice set up for guests who need two separate areas. Kitchen has all you need to prepare a gourmet dinner or something simple to enjoy on the deck or screen porch.

There's 2 swings - 1 on the pier and 1 under the porch, a fire pit, and tons of room for a big cookout!
