“Serenity on Sibley” Guesthouse~Close to Downtown

Down the winding road, at the bottom of the wooded hill, “Serenity” awaits. This single-room guesthouse sits on the banks of Sibley Lake. Relax and take in the sunsets from the screened porch. Up to 4 guests with a queen-sized bed and a queen fold-out couch. It has a full bath with shower, a kitchenette with island and barstools. A paddleboat, kayaks and life vests are available for use during your stay. Hosts live up and across the drive from the Serenity Guesthouse Located @ 10 min from town.

Clementine's Room on Bayou St John

Clementine's Room is a lovely hideaway in Mid City on Bayou St. John. It is simply a bedroom/bath with tile shower, washer/dryer, and king bed. The door is next to a gazebo for outdoor time and the desk can be arranged for 2 to dine inside. There is a large Roku tv for streaming shows, a mini-fridge, microwave, electric kettle & coffee funnel for making morning coffee or tea, and dishes & flatware for heating up a snack. Also, it can be combined with our Sweet Suite for 2bed/2bath family booking

Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. The updated interior of the house has maintained its rustic charm; provides a complete kitchen, private bedroom & queen sleeper sofa in living room. The property is less than half a mile from excellent shopping and restaurants, approximately five miles from Baton Rouge, and about 20 miles from Hammond. It offers high-speed internet and ample parking. The backyard is fenced in and opens to a stunning stocked lake.

Cajun Acres Log Cabin

Our cozy cabin sits in the heart of Cajun country, about 30 minutes outside of Lafayette. It's a great place to spend time relaxing in the quiet serenity of South Louisiana, or enjoy spending a night or more traveling through, it is located just 8 miles north of Interstate 10. We do not allow pets. The Cabin is all wood inside and has the great cabin smell the minute you open the door. It was built in 2014 by Amish builders in Pennsylvania and transported down by a truck.

This is the perfect bayou getaway in the heart of Cajun Country. It overlooks Bayou Amy, which is adjacent to the Atchafalaya Basin. It’s also within minutes of genuine and authentic Cajun cuisine (Landry’s and Pat’s) and local fishing and boating spots (Atchafalaya Basin). With a deck overlooking the water, a comfy bed, and plenty of outdoor space, it covers all points of interest! A great hideaway spot for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families!

Cedar Treehouse on Cross Lake

Located on a 2 acre peninsula on Pine Island, this 450 sf treehouse is surrounded by 1400 feet of Cross Lake. Beautiful open water and cypress tree views epitomize Louisiana lake living. The treehouse has an open concept living area with a queen bed, claw foot tub and equipped kitchenette, with countertop oven/toaster, microwave, coffee pot, electric skillet, refrigerator and sink. It accommodates two adults, no children or pets. Two night minimum stay, no exceptions.
