I really appreciated the décor and history of the house. Beautiful setting, waking up to beautiful sunrises and watching deer in the fields. Dog friendly, with a private setting over a 1/4 mile off the road no need to worry about cars and dogs. Johanna and Willie are super friendly and really helpful hosts. I loved the stay and will be back again. I would highly recommend staying here.

I absolutely adored this stay. My first tiny house experience, but exceeded my expectations. I found it cute and cozy, and adorably decorated. Kimberly was a fantastic host. She was proactive in providing directions, including pictures, since there was local construction causing detours. She left fresh fruit, bagels, cream cheese, and so much more in the kitchen to make us feel at home. I also really appreciated the standard early check-in (11am) and late check-out (4pm). I had a meeting the day of check-out so it was nice to not have to hope I would be permitted a later check-out. It's also nice to be able to squeeze that last bit of time out of my trip.

Private 40 Acre Retreat & Lake !

We stayed at Eric's place for my dad's 90th birthday. Great location near his home. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and room for some horseshoes and archery. Enjoyed the BBQ and fire pit. Master and second bedrooms were great for two couples. The third bedroom had bunk beds and a kids bed, which worked ok for an adult but not ideal. Would be awesome if you have kids. We ended up sleeping 5 adults and dad went home for the night. Eric nicely left worms for fishing and even a treat for dad. :-) He was very responsive and helpful during the stay. Great stay, great host.
