Immaculate home on one of Joplin's most beautiful landmark streets, well kept homes in every direction of this brand newly renovated home! Style & comfort were top of mind. USB/plugins by every bed, dimmable & remote controlled fans in each bedroom add to your convenience. High end sheets & cooling mattress pads for a great nights sleep. The fireplace can crackle & burn with or without heat, so you can feel cozy even when it's hot out. The kitchen is perfection & well stocked with all you need.

The guesthouse is attached via a breezeway to the main house. There is a covered pavilion where you can grill and eat. We have a pool that is open May-September. We have 2.5 acres mostly fenced. There is a concrete walking trail in the back yard about a 1/4 mile loop. The home is pet friendly with NO additional charge, just notify me when you book the house. We allow up to 2 pets. We ask that you keep them on a leash in the pool/courtyard area. They can run in the backyard and potty back there.

Lots of room outdoors to walk around, the terrain is rocky and uneven so sturdy shoes are recommended. With a small pond close by Deer, fox, skunks, raccoons and coyotes are roaming the woods so please pay attention to small animals and children when outdoors

Our home was originally built in 1905 by the somewhat notorious cigar manufacturer, Leon S. Boucher. The Flor De Leon was a popular brand of cigars that L.S. Boucher manufactured and sold here in downtown Joplin. My wife and I have lovingly renovated our home over the past year by combining its original historic charm with our own modern/eclectic style.
