Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Long Beach

The place was such a great area. For most part it was quiet. We didn’t need alarm clocks for sure with the trains that don’t give up. Amenities were really great and lots of them. The house was exactly as described inside and out in a quite, peaceful, well groomed neighborhood with little traffic. Just a few blocks from the beach, the house offered spently of surprises (of the good type!) Inside was a clean house with all the amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen. Every cooking device you can imagine. I felt like I was in my own home. The bathrooms were sparkling clean! Plenty of room for me and my three grandchildren to spread out. Check in was easy. Communication with the host was easy and always available. After a small issue with the electronic lock on the front door, the resolution was swift and helpful. I almost hate to leave a positive review because of selfish reasons. This is a gem of the coast I'd rather keep to myself. On my next visit to the MS Gulf Coast, I will definitely use again this host and his house again!

Had a fantastic Father’s Day weekend with my wife and daughters. The home was beautiful and has a boat dock with direct access to the bay and gulf. A true Airbnb gem. The host was responsive and accommodating. The community was friendly with many of the residents living there full time, it is important to go very slow through the channel to the home boat dock and be respectful to the neighbour’s. The area was relaxing and the community friendly, hope to stay again.

Olivia’s place was clean, spacious, comfortable, and she has thought of everything. We only stayed one night but could have easily stayed one week we loved it so much! Olivia is super sweet, kind and thoughtful. She’s the best host I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. ❤️ The house is a short walk to the beach if you feel so inclined. Due to rain, we weren’t able to walk so we drove and there are great places to park. Beach area is not crowded at all felt private!

Beautiful, clean, peaceful vibe. Love the house, has everything you might need while traveling. The neighborhood is quiet. Convenient location just two blocks from the water. Highly recommend. We will be staying here again in the future!! Thank you Jeremy and Katrina! ☺️

My family and I enjoyed the house from beginning to end. Beach is few minutes away. There was more than enough space for the six, enjoyed cooking and grilling. You can tell this is a new home very very nice, clean and has everything we need from cooking to cleaning. We will definitely be going back and with Lynn especially.

Absolutely beautiful! Felt right at home. My husband and I enjoyed our stayed.

I needed to contact them about wifi and extending my stay. They were super fast at responding! I even left something and they worked with me to be able to send my daughter to pick it up!

Really enjoyed the stay. It was within walking distance from most of the places I needed to go to.Even had an opportunity to meet some of the neighbors and they were very nice.

Place was just as described. It was clean and spacious. Host was very informative and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this spot and will be back. It’s large for a one bedroom and feels so charming. The parking is tight if you have an SUV, but manageable. The back yard area was so cute!! The bedroom itself doesn’t have room darkening window treatments, so if you don’t enjoy waking up early I’d recommend a sleeping mask. The location was great and super walkable to everything in downtown BSL. You really don’t need your car once you get settled in (unless you need to visit the grocery store or beaches that are further down!)

We celebrated my husband's birthday weekend at this residence. The property was extremely comfortable, with clear instructions provided. Its proximity to local restaurants, game shops, and the beach was a notable advantage. Orlando and Gina demonstrated exceptional responsiveness to our inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and anticipate returning soon.

The condo far exceeded our expectations. The layout was spacious, and the pool was beautiful. The people were very relaxed, and it was never crowded. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We had such a good time! This rental is so close to the beach and amazing restaurants. Highly recommend renting bikes and cruising around town. ☺️

We enjoyed our stay even though it at was a short one. The only issue we had was trying to get a parking pass. We arrived at 3:30 and the office wasn't supposed to close until 5:00. However, there was nobody in the office. Security was supposed to be on the premises at 7:00 p.m., but my husband looked for security and they were not present even though sometime during the night someone gave us a warning. I went back to the office the next morning and it wasn't open. I was lucky and happened upon someone who worked on the property, and she was able to access the parking passes. Management needs to do better as far as keeping the office open during its stated hours. Turns out security is only there for 30 minutes in the evenings.

Communication was excellent. Gate and door codes were communicated in a timely manner. We were allowed to check in a little early since we were in town sooner. Thanks Kenny!

Jennifer's place was wonderful!! It was ultra clean and super comfy! She had little touches of home everywhere - snacks, restaurant guides, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even laundry pods! It's a little further from the beach than we expected, but still within a 5-7 minute walk and it's directly across from the start of the boardwalk (which we ate at every restaurant on the boardwalk and all were very good!). Jennifer was a great host - very responsive and helpful!

We had the best stay! It was quiet, clean and inviting. We will definitely be booking again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean and well-stocked, and the price was very reasonable. It was close to everything - the beach, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, and casinos. We especially enjoyed the Treasure Bay Casino right down the street from the condo. We didn't make our fortune, but we had lots of fun! We were a bit disappointed that the pool right outside the condo was being repaired and wasn't usable. We did, however, have access to the second pool located a couple of buildings down. All in all, it was a wonderful place to stay. We're looking forward to returning.
