Paul was so helpful and proactive. We stayed for an extended stay and felt right at home - any request made - in the beginning I asked for a couple of things - and he jumped right on it and helped. Truly appreciate. We loved the location and ease of grabbing dinner/coffee.

Great location for easy access to City and local facilities, very comfortable apartment, kitchen and bathroom - spotlessly clean and all amenities required for a short stay - would 101% recommend and definitely come back again.

Enchanted, I really liked the place, I would have stayed one more night but I did not make the reservation well, but I do not rule out staying there again.

We stayed for a month and it was excellent. The place is super spacious and comfortable. Easy access to everything one might need or want, the building itself is super clean and modern, and the flat lacked for nothing. We got an instant response if we had a question so I think it's a great place and a great price with a great landlord. All good for sure!!! When we go back to London we will definitely see if the place is available for our time slot. Thanks Ilan!

Gorgeous apartment with a ton of room in a beautiful neighborhood. I loved sitting out on the terrace and looking across the gardens during the morning and evenings. I would highly recommend, and I hope to come back someday!

This apartment was wonderful. Very clean and quiet!! We enjoyed the quiet street and the lovely neighborhood very much. The apartment was very close to a grocery store, restaurants, and the trains! We were able to check in early which we really appreciated because our cruise ship arrived in a Southampton very early. I definitely want to come back to London and will stay here again. We didn’t drink the free bottle of wine but appreciated the gesture. We actually planned to but by the time we got back to the apartment each night we were full! It's as advertised. Extremely compact/limited space, but a decent price for the area compared to alternatives. The studio was clean and well-equipped for my week-long stay. There are multiple shops in the area, and there are plenty of transit links within walking distance, including to central London and Heathrow Airport. The hosts were helpful and responsive to my questions. This is a great option for a solo traveler.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spacious, lovely, and impeccably clean, making it a comfortable home base for our trip to London. The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Their attentiveness truly made our experience even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting London and would love to stay here again in the future!

We had the pleasure of staying at Sally’s place for a fair at Olympia. Super responsive host and really clear instructions to gain access. 4 good sized bed rooms and clean bathrooms. Great location, it is on a main road, but has triple glazing all round. If you’re a light sleeper I’d recommend earplugs. However, the downstairs bedrooms are super quiet. I’d happily stay again!

Very nice place and exactly as described. It is very quiet and quaint. Easily walkable to the Tube and shops. Everything was clean and comfortable.

What can I say about Mary’s house without sounding gushy?! We came to London for a family wedding and staying here made the event even better! It is a delight: extremely well-equipped; thoughtfully decorated and comfortable throughout. The house is easy walking distance to the underground and Hammersmith and in a really nice location. Mary’s recommendations for eating- particularly the Anglesea Arms (great service and best chips EVER) were excellent. Her welcome gift so kind… She kept in touch throughout our stay and was so helpful. Thank you Mary!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

We had a lovely time — the house was perfect for our family group and located in a quiet area, yet it was fast and easy to get to downtown London. Beautifully decorated with thoughtful details, spotlessly clean, and very spacious. We would definitely recommend a stay.

It was a delight to stay at Judith’s place. A very unusual flat with lots of natural light , nicely decorated and all the necessary amenities.Loved the roses in the garden. Staying at Judiths was like staying at a friends where everything was really comfortable and questions were answered straight away. The bread , milk , butter , honey and Prosecco left by her was very thoughtful. Was so lovely to be able to walk to Portobello market , Notting Hill , West View Mall and 3 tube stations in walking distance. Will definitely recommend the place as well as look to staying there again next time in London.

Absolutely, by far, the most accommodating host. Sam is a gem :) Everything was easy to communicate prior and during our stay. The flat is immaculate so tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Modern kitchen appliances and bathrooms. Fresh fruit and flowers upon arrival and few essential kitchen items were fantastic welcoming us. Favorite were the big sun filled windows overlooking the bustling street below and green square. Never a dull moment! Close to tube and public transport, lidl for groceries, pubs/shops and Westfield Mall for shopping. Wonderful stay

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.

We absolutely loved this stay! It was really nice to have the whole place to ourselves. When we first started to look at places in London/Notting Hill we found it hard to find options in our budget that wasn’t sharing with someone. Maxim’s place was perfect — walkable to Portobello, 7 min walk to the station (SUPER helpful) and it was cozy! The space was nice, bed was really comfortable, & the courtyard in the back is lovely!! Just a note you do hear people talking in the mornings as they walk by the apartments but it honestly didn’t bother us too much. The overall area is really peaceful and has that classic Notting Hill vibe that we were hoping for.

We had such a wonderful stay. Joanne’s place was beautiful, quiet and clean. She was a wonderful host, providing detailed instructions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Gervase’s cozy flat in Notting Hill! The Airbnb had everything I needed (including a washer/dryer squeezed into a cabinet) and the location three blocks from Portobello Market was ideal. Would recommend!
