Oxford street is 15/20mins walk . Or there is the tube which is one stop away .With Hyde park at the end of the road 5 mins away . .Kensington palace royal Albert hall and the museums are all close by .being the other side of the park ,Notting-hill with portobello is not to be Missed on Saturdays . In the local area you will find everything you will need for a great stay in London pubs , gastro pubs cafes restaurants and local food stores all within a stones throw . There are a Nu of buses at the end of the road . You are within walking distance of the west end with everything you could possibly require during your stay . Paddington is only 5 mins away with the Heathrow express just taking 15mins . You are so central to this AMZ city come and enjoy it the way I myself do . This apartment will fit 4 people it has 2 double beds . There is a nespresso machine for all those that enjoy a good coffee in the mornings . The apartment is in a Stucco building as per photo and is on the first floor ,it is in a conservation area and cannot be pulled down or altered in any way it is true london for those that wish to sample it and go back in time . The back bedroom has french doors which leads to a small balcony . The apartment is light and airy there are no high rise buildings around it ,your outlook would be Stucco houses only as per photo shows . There is constant hot water for you and the apartment will be very warm and cosy for you in these coming winter months You also have winterwonderland which starts in november in hyde park for those that are here it is a fab night out . You are in a very safe area , no back streets or dark roads . I live just 10 mins away and after 40 years i still love it . Susie . The apartment is conveniently located near many of London's major museums, and there are two tube stations at the end of the road. For a morning jog, the Serpentine is a must, or just walk for a coffee and breakfast with a view of the lake. Lancaster Gate tube is at the end of the road and Paddington station is within 5 min walk. Also there are many bus stops at the end of the road . Paddington express is 20 mins from Heathrow . You are in central London walking is the best way to get around .I will advise you on the best way to get to the places of interest that you want to go on your arrival to make your trip is as easy as possible for you . We have 2 tube stations nearby . There is also a boris bike station at the end of the road cross over the road and you are in Hyde park to ride your bikes right around Hyde park and Kensington park and feel safe from traffic they have cycling lanes in the Park . There are 2 coffee bars / restaurants in hyde park over looking the serpentine which is a must , which is all within walking distance . You also have kensington palace which is adjoining hyde park . Selfridges is 15/20 mins walk for those that love a good shop being in the famous oxford street adjoining bond street and regent street ,and of course piccadillay .Straight across the park is harrods in Knightsbridge .along with there competition Harvey Nichols . Also there is the V/A. And the National museum . Getting around is easy as the tube is at the end of the road and has the central and district line . But everywhere is within easy reach . my advice is put on your trainers or some old comfy shoes and stroll around and take it all in ,why be stuck in the tube when its all near by . . There is also a Waitrose supermarket which is 5 mins away Waitrose is a higher end supermarket and this one is there Flagship store with lots of special 's . Across the park you will find the V&A / science /natural history museums and the royal Albert hall . Harrods, Sloane street and Harvey Nichols and Kensington place . Portobello market in Notting Hill Gate is open on Saturdays which is a must see. Selfridges in the famous oxford street is within 20 minute away or one stop away by tube .which would be about 5/10 mins . if your feet are tired you can easily pop back to the apartment for a rest before venturing out again , bearing in mind selfridges closes at 10 pm , sight see during the day then shop during the evening why not . The serpentine in Hyde park is a must to enjoy breakfast , lunch , dinner , or just a coffee to relax unwind and watch the wild life around you . If you are an early bird you will often see the guards horses being exercised A laundry service can be provided for all bed linen for guest that are staying for longer periods at extra rates .also a cleaning service can be provided for longer stays at an extra cost . DLR to Canary wharf in 8 mins and Westfield Stratford (Olympic Park) 20 mins DLR There is a thames clipper jetty located next to the cutty sark, this river service into the heart of the city provides an interesting alternative to the conventional rail transport. Contact for other price offers and discounts. Will consider as pet friendly The flat is fully stocked with the essentials for your stay so that you can have a home away from home. There are two balconies for a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. Guests will have the entire flat I am available for guest queries and usually send a text the day after checkin just to say Hi and ensure guests have settled in. Davey or Richard will always meet you at the property for check in and run through and questions that you have. Greenwich has a great village feel with cool restaurants, cafes, and Greenwich Market, as well as Greenwich Observatory. The flat is approximately five miles from Central London (just a short train, ferry, or DLR ride away). Greenwich Mainline and DLR (URL HIDDEN) 8 mins to London Bridge 13-15 minutes Waterloo East 18-20 Minutes Charing Cross Station (Trafalgar Sq) There is also a Water Ferry directly from Greenwich to the O2 or The Centre. Beautiful house, with loads of personality, It would be perfect for a family or a group of friends visiting London. The entire house has been recently renovated. You can be in central London in only 15 min!

Nearest station is Canning Town-Jubilee Line Tube and Docklands Light Railway Station literally a 3-5 minutes’ walk away. London City Airport-3 stops/about 6 minutes away from the DLR.

Overall Jonathan's flat in Shoreditch was quite nice. Close to public transportation, great restaurants, and stores for groceries. Jonathan was very accommodating and let us check in a bit early, since they had finished cleaning the flat early. We had a few issues pop up, such as missing towels and a clogged shower drain, but he was always very quick to respond via the Airbnb app and all issues were promptly addressed. We loved that it was the top unit; very private and quiet, aside from the passing trains below, which we could barely hear at night. The unit is very spacious and modern, which was perfect for our group of 4. Great water pressure, spacious bathrooms, and the A/C worked quite well. We did discover water damage on a number of walls which Jonathan was aware of from a prior water leak, but hadn't mentioned to us beforehand. Suggestions: Some walls have scuff marks, so a fresh coat of paint would help. Could use a more comfortable couch & dining room chairs.

Stylish and Comfortable Apartment in West London

This flat was perfect for our stay in the London area. It was comfortable, quiet, and close to public transportation (Overground and District Lines). The cottage chic decor made us feel right at home and the deck overlooking the park was an excellent place to sit and spend our evenings after work. It was conveniently located with a Sainsbury's right around the corner and easy access to restaurants and other parks. My spouse had easy commutes to the National Archives, Royal Archives (Windsor), and the British Library, while I was able to set up my remote work space and work comfortably from the flat. A short walk over to Gunnersbury and there was a great location to walk, grab some lunch, or even work in one of the public outdoor "work pods". We take frequent research trips (and family vacations) to the UK. I will definitely check the availability of this flat for our return trip!

Excellent experience my sister and I stayed for 2 weeks. Deptford Bridge DLR is right there and New Cross station just a short 12 minute walk away; from there you can be at London Bridge station in 4-5 minutes 1st stop. So convenient for travel all over London and the UK. Flat is as discribed. Would definitely return. Very responsive hosts.

The flat is pristine clean. There are so many extra nice touches -the lights on the night stands have an USB and USB C plugs, each bathroom has its own hairdryer. The cabinet in the bathroom has a small storage bin for toiletries. Extra towels, lots of storage space. The Nespresso machine is top of the line with a steam wand to make lattes. There were 4 Nespresso capsules and instant coffee to get us through the morning until we could pick up groceries. The Tube is 1-2 minutes walking distance with groceries, bars and restaurants in the same area. Both bedrooms and the living room have a balcony . Dainius responded promptly and checked in on us several times. Others commented on the noise from the bar on the first floor and I did not think it would be a problem since the bar closes early. However there are tables outside, and on a Friday evening the noise cont'd until 4AM. There are fans in both bedrooms that provided "white noise". Cleanest and nicest rental I've stayed in.

I stayed there for 18 days and I felt like home. Very nice apartment and comfortable, Quiet area, minutes far from centre of Canary Wharf. Host was very friendly and helpful. Fast response when I needed something. I would love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything that we needed. It has been completely renovated and has very high ceilings, enhancing its sense of space. It is perfectly located, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and attractions. It is situated on a quiet residential street overlooking a small park; a serene oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The entire building is very quiet, which we appreciated after a busy day out and about. Very highly recommended.

6 minutes walk to underground station. Peaceful and quiet surroundings with friendly neighbors. Only problem is to open the second front door. There’s two doors at the front, the first door cannot be locked, looks like it’s a wrong key. The second door is hard to open, it takes a huge pressure on the key to turn it open anti clockwise, locking is OK.

We would happily return to stay with friendly and helpful hosts Derek and Sandra. Proximity to the National Archives was key for us, as well as the parking and access to the District and Mildmay lines. The room was indeed bright and airy, the bed comfy and the air-con useful, and we were not disturbed by being close to Heathrow. The shower room and kitchenette were well equipped, and milk, rolls and other breakfast essentials were provided. A nearby M&S provided some easy meals, as well as cafés and eating places in Kew Village, and we enjoyed visiting Kew Gardens, Richmond and Chiswick.

Comfortable Family Home with Lots of Space

We had a great few days at Johan's place - it was perfect for our group of two couples. We used it both a base for getting into central London and as a spot to hunker down and relax. Johan was friendly and responsive - a great host!

The open living room features a large blue sofa, a bookshelf filled with books, and a flat-screen smart TV. Natural light fills the room, which includes a decorative area rug and a dining table in the background, along with stairs leading to the upper level.

Rod was a great host. Always responsive and genuinely concerned about your stay. regularly checking in to see if I required anything and always flexible. The flat is gorgeous and the view from the 10th floor balcony is stunning. East Village is a great neighborhood with plenty of amenities and Westfield on the doorstep. I would definitely stay here again - Rod is probably the best host I have experienced. We have since become friends!

Perfect stay at Gary's house! Beautiful, modern, tastefully furnished house. Gary, the host, is friendly, kind and very helpful, despite the fact that he lives in the accommodation, we never felt his presence, it was always a pleasure to have breakfast with products offered by him with a view of the London Eye, the location of the tactical house, a 10-minute walk from the London Eye and therefore very central, we toured the city on foot and it was always easy to reach the places of interest. Highly recommended! 10+ rating

Everything was great! The apartment was clean and organized. We had everything we need for our stay. The location was close to underground station so very easy to get to city centre. Fabio is very supportive and responds to everything very quickly. In general highly recommend!

Pam was a pleasure to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were easy and effortless. The apartment is wonderfully situated close to Hyde Park and a wide variety of shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is very cost and welcoming, with an incredibly well equipped kitchen. I couldn’t recommend the location, apartment and Pam more. Ps: it’s a 4 story walk up. We knew this when taking the apartment and we’re happy for the exercise ;)
