Vacation rentals with a patio in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham

We had an awesome stay at CasaMia. The apartment was perfect for four people, and we heard little to no noise from other building tenants. Sitting on the balcony in the early morning or after a day touring London was relaxing. The apartment was well-appointed and clean. The beds and linens were comfortable. There are not many restaurants in the immediate area. We enjoyed a meal at Lots Road Pub and got our morning coffee at Harris and Hoole; both within a short walking distance. Next to the coffee shop was a grocery store called Tesco Express. Getting to central London was easy; a one-stop journey on the overground from the Imperial Wharf station takes you to West Brompton, which is on the District underground line. Another option is to walk to the Chelsea Harbor and pick up the Uber boat. We enjoyed the accommodations at CasaMia and would happily stay here again.

We enjoyed our week stay at this pristine apartment in delightful Chelsea. The unit is even better than pictured, and sparkling clean. We loved the patio near sunset watching the parrots, or early morning for a sunny start to a busy day. A bonus for us was early check in, arranged by Patrick, who was a very responsive host. Sensational! a highly recommended space. We especially liked the solarium and garden. The house is quite spacious and the fact that it has 2 bathrooms is another strong point. Quality bedding, making the room very cozy. We had a wonderful experience ❤️🥰 Thank you very much and see you next time!

This place was good for our family’s first Airbnb experience in London. It is nicely updated basement unit and has all the listed amenities including a washer/dryer which we really appreciated with the kids. Getting an uber in this area was a bit tough (wait time was higher than average) due to loads of traffic during the day, but there were some walkable eateries that we tried which were pretty decent. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had a nice towel warming rod which was a lovely touch.

Lovely private flat in Sheen , a short walk to Richmond shops and restaurants . Nice pub along the road that we enjoyed . Secluded and private development, felt safe . Parking was really handy and easy . Lots of planes and air traffic but the flat itself was very nicely decorated and ideal for easy access to Richmond and the surrounding areas

Compact, really clean, great flat in a quiet residential street but with easy access to tubes and buses. Every area looked modern and freshly renovated. Lots of facilities that we didn't use such as a dishwasher and washing machine. Thank you for the extra touches like tea and coffee, it was greatly appreciated.

We were highly satisfied with our stay. Khrystyna & her cohosts were very responsive and provided us with everything we needed. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Great location and overall a wonderful experience staying at Tala's. The place is cosy and has a lovely outdoor area.

The flat is spacious, tastefully decorated and has a pleasant little patio. Diego was very attentive and welcoming, giving us a tour of the premises and giving us advice and instructions on how to use it. By bus, it's very easy to get to Holland Park, Notting Hill, Marble Arch or Picadilly Circus (bus stops within 10 min walk). Bonus for parents: a play park is a 10-minute walk away, as is the large Westfield shopping centre. We would not hesitate to rent it again the next time we come.

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this beautiful home! The house is on a pretty street in the quiet, leafy area of Barnes. It's an easy & quick to walk to the overground station and to all the lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. The garden is pretty and a great retreat for a wine or breakfast & feels quite private - a rarity in London. The house has been refurbished & designed beautifully, it's a treat to return to after a day out in London. Sarah has thought of everything you may need & can even organise a parking permit if you have a car - we got a space right outside each day. If you're thinking about a stay around SW London I'd choose this one. We look forward to staying again.

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

We loved our stay at Anna's cozy cottage. It was exactly as advertised. And the surrounding neighborhood of Brackenbury Village is a charming and walkable area with coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. It's also a short walk from the Hammersmith and Ravenscourt tube stations. Anna was a responsive and thoughtful host and we would definitely recommend her!

Just a fantastic place to stay in London. This was our second time staying at Stephanie’s place - we liked the place and the neighborhood so much last year, we came back and stayed again this year. Charming neighborhood with great shops and restaurants. Picturesque street (people frequently stop to take a photo as they walk past) and beautiful homes in the area. Apartment is clean, had everything we needed, and is a warm comfy place to come back to after a day / evening out in London. A little bit of a drive or train ride to most of the attractions (20 to 25 minutes) but well worth it for the upside of the peaceful neighborhood (especially after braving the massive crowds in central London)

Absolutely gorgeous, such a gem! One of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve been to loads of hotels in London. Gorgeous decor, beautiful spacious room with high ceilings and a fantastic view of the park, sumptuous linens, and bath products from Rituals made it that bit more special. Would love to come back.

Super stay at Amadeus’! Quaint garden flat in a great location, just a few minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with great water pressure! No complaints, we’d certainly come back.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

Great home and location.

We had a great 3 night stay at Max’s apt - very nice residential street, 1 block from Battersea Park and a nice walk to Chelsea and everything going on at Battersea Power station. The apt was spotless; ample room for 2, comfy lounge and bedroom, well equipped kitchen. We’ve already booked to stay again and would recommend it to anyone….

Bottom Line Up Front: The location is fabulous. Earls Court is, of course, convenient to both branches of the District Line and to the Piccadilly line, which give you access to most of London. Flying into Heathrow? Just hop on the tube there and you carried quickly to Earls Court. We have done that multiple times. What sets this apart from other Earls Court flats is the specific location, backing straight onto the gorgeous Philbeach Gardens. Step out the back door and you are in a private park for residents only. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable, and at night dark and quiet. Hot water is hot and plentiful. The hosts responded quickly to concerns. We will be back.

Nice quiet place on a quiet street. Ten minutes stroll to nearby underground station, optionally via 19st century cemetery park, imo better than just streets. The terrace is also quite good, though we used it only once due to rain, but the sofa in the living room is comfy so no regrets.

An all-round perfect stay, great apartment with everything one could wish for. Modern, well furnished, clean and a lovely private sunny terrace garden to relax. Great location too, a quiet street, various walkable options and great transport links. Recommended.
