Great host and lovely property

Joanna and Steve are very kind happy and give you a positive vibe. They gave us useful information about London attractions and how to reach to them. The house is very clean and cozy, as it is describer, in a quiet area surrounded by trees, flowers and grass. There are a couple of markets around the house, and the bus station is near. I would be happy to get back anytime.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb in Greater London with our family. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient for getting into the nearby town or around the city, with good transport links and shops nearby. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Would happily stay again!

Such a calming, warm and friendly space & lady. Only women space is refreshing and so nice. The room had great facilities and such a cosy bed. Slept so well.

The best Air BnB property that we have stayed in. Very modern and super clean. Great views onto a beautiful garden. Very well equipped. Victoria left some milk and delicious home made bread which made us feel very welcome. Local shops were nearby to stock up on groceries. Lots of things to do, lovely walks from the door. Easy to get a train into London. Golf course nearby. Would highly recommend and would love to return at some point.

Our stay was great and the location was perfect for my daughter attending a course at The Brit School. The house was exactly as described and great attention to detail. Check in was easy and nothing felt like too much trouble. The only thing I think it’s worth mentioning is that whilst the parking was relatively easy, you can only park in a bay for a maximum of 4 hours and cannot return to park in the same road again.

Faz’s place was the epitome of value for money. Spacious place, perfect for three (in our case) and four people. Near the overground and the centre of Croydon (a little more that 10 minutes walk). One minor flaw. We were three guests and there were only two towels. Also the toilet was not very clean. Other than that, a very good spot!

We had some weddings in the Redhill/Surrey area and this flat was easy to get to, spacious and had a very communicative host. Close to stations and some walkable outdoor spaces as well. It has all the basics needed.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Was the perfect place to rest up after flying into Gatwick, easy to find and great host. Thank you for a lovely stay Jen, the cottage is gorgeous :)

Our hosts were fantastic, extremely helpful and fast response time. The property is absolutely beautiful as described, very clean, cosy and relaxing and peaceful and everything you need for a great stay is provided together with secure parking space provided and good transport links close by. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay for the weekend. The place was big (actually much bigger than the pictures I thought), super clean and really well stocked. The location was perfect, just up the road from the station, close to shops, restaurants and pubs. The kitchen was great and was fully stocked with all kitchen utensils meaning we could cook dinner on one of the nights we stayed. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Lovely studio, just as described. . Short walk to East Croydon station making it easy to head into London or even off to Brighton for the day. Grocery nearby as well as plenty of food and entertainment options. Stephen was very helpful in leaving detailed information about the area and things to do. Very clean with all the amenities I needed. Very communicative. Not a single problem during my 7 night stay. Would definitely stay again!

we stayed at Danusha's place for one night the minute I arrived i felt comfortable, the place was extremely clean tidy well equipped with everything that is needed and more small touches like board games cards a fan made it even better, i would 100% recommend and definitely stay again at Danusha's i also had the pleasure of meeting Danusha very briefly and she was absolutely lovely.

Very nice and spacious place, good location for access to Croydon and south London. Parking on driveway extremely convenient! Host very friendly and contactable quickly at all times. Thank you M

Maria was excellent, very responsive, great place. Not much light in the place because it’s right on the street, but if you don’t mind that, it’s perfect for a short stay.

This is an absolute gem of a place and location, with views right across the Darent Valley. I only wish we could have stayed longer! The place was spotless and everything had been perfectly prepared and very well thought through (from the local hand-drawn maps right down to the vast array of toiletries on offer). I can't think of a single thing to change or improve about the place. Diana was a lovely host and provided a lot of information prior to arrival. She had also found some suggestions of activities for us tailored to our interests, which was frankly above and beyond. We were very grateful and it was clear a lot of thought had been put in prior to our arrival. I could carry on for pages but in summary, we have already recommend the place to family and friends and we be pleased to offer our recommendation here too. Thank you, Diana, for such a lovely place to stay and we hope to be back soon!

My husband and I had a wonderful trip. Ruth was easy to get in touch with and left clear instructions. Loved that there was a train near by. We also enjoyed having breakfast at a nearby cafe. (Cub’s corner)Thank you Ruth!
